Just a little short for my larger pan, and all the brown paper wrap around the sheets is annoying. I recommend taking everything thing out and putting parchment back in alone, made it a little easier to get only one sheet out at a time. I do appreciate that it’s not curling up all over the place, worthwhile benefit!

I was tired of the rolls of parchment paper always curling up and making things difficult, so to have perfectly cut to size sheets that stayed flat on the baking sheet was really nice. I found these (well, parchment, in general) work well for a lot of things I'd otherwise have used foil for, and they are easy to dispose of. All in all a really nice thing to have handy; I purchased this multiple times.

Wife uses Parchment Paper Baking Sheets instead of the roll to prevent edge curling. For whatever reason, the sheets are not in stores here in KC presently. Found these here on Amazon and she could not be happier. These are the professional sheets that are 12" X 16" size. For smaller sheet size wife folds paper in half and cuts along the crease. Once you use parchment sheets, you will never go back to the rolls!
