I installed this big screw system in my 2012 F250. I had a couple of glitches with it in the beginning. I was able to get in touch with teck support with out any problems and the system is now working perfectly I would buy from them again

It sucks. Don’t buy it after about eight months. It quit working the volume stuck on zero can’t turn it up. The installation was quick and easy. I can say that good thing about it but it don’t last long.

Recently bought this for my 2016 F250 super duty .. same review as many.. no instructions to install but VERY VERY self explanatory.. easy ply n play.. no was possible to plug something into the wrong spot due to different sizes of all the plugs.. Screen is big and touchscreen is great.. CarPlay is simple.. I did have a Bluetooth connection issue on the 3rd day.. so I reset my iPhone and factory reset the new radio .. unfortunately I lost my back up camera .. I messaged the QR code and got rapid response with a video on how to fix it.. so GREAT FAST service.. 5 stars VERY HAPPY ! ... show more

Everything worked great at first 3 weeks later it wants to be very slow an not work right at all will not stay connected to wifi an temperature an location on it will not stay right once you set it of course the return window is over an I can’t do anything about it now sadly
