The software is from a Google pixel cell phone. It start off working great and then eventually it no longer connects to the sync which means, no radio, no phone connectivity only A/C controls and some apps. Also no longer accepts updates past Feb of 2021. We loved this at first and now it's awful.

The media could not be loaded. Recently bought this for my 2016 F250 super duty .. same review as many.. no instructions to install but VERY VERY self explanatory.. easy ply n play.. no was possible to plug something into the wrong spot due to different sizes of all the plugs.. Screen is big and touchscreen is great.. CarPlay is simple.. I did have a Bluetooth connection issue on the 3rd day.. so I reset my iPhone and factory reset the new radio .. unfortunately I lost my back up camera .. I messaged the QR code and got rapid response with a video on how to fix it.. so GREAT FAST service.. 5 stars VERY HAPPY ! ... show more

    • Camera and support are weak. Location won't work and

Cannot get the rearview camera to work with multiple tries of multiple wiring methods. Also, the system will not allow the location to be updated from somewhere in China. Also, the wireless works ok but connecting the phone doesn't. It only powers the phone, will not connect or recognize the device to have a plug in carplay, only wireless carplay. ... show more

This radio had issues ...from the start....we are a shop with 22 years experience....and have done thousands of installs.....and this radio....would turn off randomly......wouldn't control ac correctly....and had many glitches
