So far so good. Holds temperature and humidity dead on the money. Only flaw you cannot put anything on the floor during lockdown to prevent the floor from being slick. It will stay waterlogged the entire time if you do that. Or sire if it’s a design flaw or if this one has an issue. Just don’t line the bottom and you will be fine.

It did really well hatching our first batch. It was hard to keep humidity where we wanted it but all it really takes is a little spray bottle to bring humidity back up. Heater works great I wish the temp reading was from the bottom of the incubator instead of the top where the eggs are not. Use a extra temp reader and hunidity reader to optimize the use of this. But in the end we got a great hatch rate and are happy with the purchase.

I've only tested this using the USBC ports with PD charging. I've used multiple known good cables and 4 different known good phones, pixel 6, pixel 7, iphone 8, iPhone 14. Charging a single phone using PD on either of the USB C ports works as expected. Using a cable that shows the charging wattage and PD status, I'm able to get 18W consistent charging power. This is true on either USB C port when only one USB C PD capable cable is plugged in. While a phone is charging on USB C port 1, if you plug a PD capable cable into USB C plug 2, the first phone will still charge fine, but when you connect the cable on port 2 to a phone, the power delivered is intermittent. The second phone will take a minute to do the PD handshake (takes 1-3 seconds on my phone), like normal, it will start charging at a good power level (I saw around 18w), but then 2-3 second later, the charge stops and the PD handshake starts again. This On/off cycle just continues, going on forever if you let it, as the first time I did this was overnight, and I woke up to a phone more depleted than when I plugged it in. Now the phone on port 1 still charges fine, pretty much no matter what. The phone on port 2 will charge fine, so long as there is no cable plugged into port 1 ( it may only be PD cables that do this). If you start with charging a phone port 2 only, it will charge fine until you plug a the PD cable into port 1 ( even without a phone connected). Once the port 1 has a cable, port 2 started the on/off cycle again. I've tried this with every combination of 4 phones and 5 cables. I even returned my first unit thinking it was broken. When I received the replacement, it behaved exactly the same. Now the description says that when you use both USB C ports, the first port will get 45W and the second port will get 20W. But this happens when I have only 18W going to port 2 and just a cable (no phone) connected to port 1. While this works fine to charge a single device, I bought it because it had 3 ports, and I intended to use 2 regularly. Does not meet my needs.

The instructions that came with it are very basic and doesn't tell you how to change the settings on the machine. The temperature inside is close to what it says but the humidity is different. You need to keep a close eye on it. Get a secondary way of checking the temp and humidity. So far seems to be working okay. Definitely run it a day or 3 to make sure this is the product ypu want to use to hatch your quail. Use distilled water and clean all parts with 70% alcohol to sanitize. It is easy to clean. The size is good holds 40 eggs just like it says. Put the eggs in pointy side towards the middle so they turn okay. The lid fits okay. I can't say it is very sturdy since it is plastic but seems to be good quality.
