I ordered this in regular shoe size but received it with several problems: it was too big, the hard material hurts toes, did not light up, plastic piece was broken. I ended up buying a second one which was equally as defective: too big, lights did not work, hard material for feet. I reached out to the seller to return this and they said I would have to ship it back to get a refund - back to their warehouse in CHINA. The cost of shipping it back is $60+. When I asked for a full refund and a prepaid return label to ship their defective products back, their solution was to refund me 20% of the full price I paid and to keep the defective skates. What a joke! I bought these back when they had 6 reviews. Their product quality, return policy, and transparency is definitely not reflective of their star rating. BEWARE, this product is low quality and they know it. Their ridiculous return policy is to deter customers from returning their product and to have them swallow their loss. The media could not be loaded. I purchased these for my 40th birthday and I hadn’t skated in 20 years or so. These will be a great starter skate and I’ll upgrade later if I continue the hobby. They’re not top quality, but they seem like they will last a while.

I like that these have the black heel and not the brown one was able to decorate them to my liking. The fit runs big so I got a size smaller than I normally wear in shoes and fit perfect.

I bought these for my grand daughter for Christmas. When I got them I noticed that they were going to be too small for her. I ordered a size up and then tried to return them. They come from China and it was going to cost me $130.00 to return them back to China. After complaining to Amazon the skate company refunded me my money. I’m really disappointed. I haven’t even tried them on because they’re filthy! They’re scuffed in various places on the outside (and stained on the inside, ew)... the material is creased badly in some places indicating they’ve been worn more than just to be tried on. The wheels underneath have scratches and the whole underside has a layer of dirt. I live in the city and was planning to use these when my roommate and I went upstate to visit my parents and I’m not even sure I want to put them on they’re so gross. I rarely write bad reviews, even stuff I don’t like I’ll give a decent star rating if it isn’t horrible but I’m really upset about these. I’m also upset because for some reason there wasn’t an option to contact the seller and given I recently was sent the wrong tea and had to contact the seller to see if we could resolve the issue I know I’m not just unable to find it. Not sure what to make of this whole situation I just know that I’m disappointed and grossed out. I will say, dirt aside, they’re a pretty color and they seem sturdy but I haven’t tried them on so that’s based of their appearance alone. ... show more
