When I found this on my doorstep in a clear plastic bag, my first thought was Who ordered a shirt. I opened the bag and tried it on. very lightweight. My normal-sized cell phone would not fit in the front pocket or the inside breast pocket. I think let's give it a shot and see if it keeps me warm. I wish the outside side pockets were closer to the front so i don;t have to try to touch my elbows behind my back to put my hands inside to keep warm. That's minor, but it only place where I can keep my cell phone. I'm guessing all these coats are basically the same, made in China. The whole coat is cheaply made, but only a good cold day will tell me if its was worth the price. The GOOD - We were going on a ski trip and bought this because it looked great and was the right price. The bright blue color was great for the slopes. Warm, lite weight, waterproof. Sizing was correct at a medium, plus it had a good number of pockets. The BAD - after minimal wearing the Velcro has broken on the sleeve and the inside pocket zipper came off. Front pockets not very deep,feel cheap. Length good 4xl,sleeve length good. Not winter cold so don't know how warm it is. No fleece in sleeves. Outer shell water resistant, how much,don't know yet.

This jacket seemed incredibly solid, well-made, had very warm insulation & I was able to walk outside to test it out, & I could not feel any cold whatsoever, so it does the job effectively. Taking off a star because while the measurement chart is accurate in chest/bust, it is extremely tight in the shoulders in my instance, which prohibits full range of motion. Because I am otherwise very happy with the quality of the jacket, I am reordering a size larger in hopes this fixes the issue. ... show more
