Mine seemed like a return. Screws were loose and some were loose in the box. Luckly i found them and installed them. Pros Will carry a 220+ pound fat adult up a steep hill Foldable Half price of similar dual motor scoots Cons App doesnt work at all. Will have to figure out how many presses of the power button to do what you want it to do. Loose screws upon arrival Brakes are awful, i need to figure out how to adjust them. Have to switch back to 1 motor after getting up hill because the tork of 2 motors seems like it will break it and is super jerky The screws have backed themselves out after riding 5 times or so, so there is regular screw tightening needed. This scooter does what I need it to do.Right out of the box it is easy to assemble. The folding mechanism is a great feature. Being able to connect it to my phone is an added bonus as well. The 1500W Peak Motor provides impressive power, allowing me to reach speeds up to 22 MPH with ease. The 10 inch solid tires ride smoothly on a variety of surfaces, even in the rain. The long-range capability, up to 20 miles on a single charge, is perfect for my daily commute. The brake, gear selection, and acceleration controls were second-nature, and the ability to fold the scooter for carrying around added space-saving convenience around the garage and car trunks.
