The trike is quality in materials and workmanship -however- it has design flaws that if known I would not have purchased it. I have a US 12 size shoe that when I pedal the trike the shoe heels keep jamming into the rear wheel fenders. In looking at the design the only solution I see is removing the fenders, or I could make it a gift to someone with small feet, and even then, I'm not sure it would solve the problem. Next: The handlebar is of such design that there is no space to add badly needed rear view mirrors, or anything else that the handlebar is needed for such as a turn light module. Not feasible to return trike as the time and effort of dismantling, repackaging, and the possible return after is not worth it. What I'm going to do is modify the fenders and then find a way to attach rear view mirrors as well as a direction light module to the handlebar. SAD!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The seat of the e-bike is not complete leaning far back too far looks like a metal stopper was supposed to be there Any chance I can get that replaced I love the rest of the bike.

Tri bike white. When the bike arrived the back rest of the seat was defective it has 2 small holes pictures attached. I contacted Qlife customer service they advised to email pictures & explanation with the issues. They were supposed to contact me in 24 hour after receiving the email. I have not heard from them yet. I'm going to call them again. If they can't replace the back rest the bike will be returned to Qlife. ... show more
