He and I took turns riding it around the block the day he got it together and almost all of my neighbors came out wondering where I got the trike. I posted my new purchase on Facebook and a lot of my friends were hesitant to get a “trike” because of the stigma of trike bikes in this town 🙄. But I’m showing up & down the streets. This is a great trike! It’s easy to use and a great price. I was a little hesitant on it at first because it has been so long since I had been on any bike and the trike does ride a little different than a bike, but it only took 2 times around the block to get me comfortable. It’s fast and the battery seems to last a while. It is heavy so that might be an issue for some. My only complaint is the design of the handle bar adjustment. You have to tip the handle bars sideways on a hinge to tighten them in place and it’s so hard to ensure they stay straight while tightening it. Took me 3 attempts by myself and 2 more attempts with my husband to finally get it straight and tightened.

I have had it since March. The first one only went 12 miles per charge and when I complained they sent me a new bike...im like cool. The new bike only goes 20 miles per charge. Cheap made, hard to turn without tipping over, paint chips bad, everything was loose on it, the wheel came off after second ride and had to be replaced. Not worth the money. Absolutely would not purchase again....find any other bike....I swear!!!! Customer service only available by email and they dont answer for weeks and then only on Mondays with one sentence responses that take weeks to get replied too.....just dont....

I haven’t had the trike very long but so far so good. I looked at several on Amazon and chose this one as I didn’t know how it was going to work for me and the reviews were generally positive. I am an amputee so had to make some modifications. Hopefully I will be able to undo them as I get my balance back. Overall I like this trike. It is sturdy and well made. It wasn’t difficult to put together at all as most of it is pre-assembled. The ride is smooth and it goes fairly fast. Before my accident I rode a two wheel scooter. I can compare it to that. The battery is much more powerful than the two wheel e-scooter. Plus once I am able to I will be able to pedal. Right now that is not an option. The only criticism I can come up with is that it is tippy. That is to say don’t take corners too fast!! My recommendation is to give yourself some time to get used to how it handles. This trike gives me some of my independence back and I consider that a good investment.

Nice Trike for the price matched it with a blue garden Wagon! Is great for here in the Keys for getting groceries and such! Unfortunately there was damage one when had a cut in the tire and tube inside! They have promptly replied and I send pictures for replacement! But after putting it together it is a sturdy Bike! Once I get the more and tube I can get her out to drive to the store and see how she goes but what I e seen is it is a solid Trike and will suit my needs perfectly! She is going to be named Bugg's Buggy and will also be used for advertising!

have only had it to use 2 days. BE CAREFUL. the rear sprockets that allow pedaling - screws were NOT tight, causing pedals to lock up. Could have lost screws and really had a problem. None of the allen/hex wrenches they provided would reach to tighten sprocket scews, the spokes are very close together. had to get longer Allen/hex wrench. Also the valve stems, even with my tiny hands very difficult to squeeze in to turn caps and add air . When I ride it more I will update. Meanwhile until sprocket screws are fixed - no riding. unfolding bike was extremely hard. Instruction booklet left alot out, video cut many pieces to move on to next, making video appear quick/easy job.
