I have since changed my mind about this bike from how I felt about it a couple months back. The display panel that switches speeds, sends info to the motor, shows your speed etc. Was faulty. It kept shorting out and leaving me dead in the water at the worst possible times, like in the middle of a busy intersection, or climbing a very steep hill. The bike is heavy which makes pedaling like a traditional bicycle difficult. The display on my bike died completely after a month and a half use. I replaced it with a generic and haven't had any issues since. This bike is tough! Durable and then some. I ride every day and everywhere. I put on a little over 100 miles a week. My area has terrible roads and busted up sidewalks. I put this bike through it's paces regularly and it keeps on trucking. Solid construction, heavy frame, rugged. It'll take a beating and still ride proper. I've had three flats occur so far. Factory tires are cheap and thin. Highly suggest an upgrade if you buy, and get some fenders! Bike doesn't come with any. My bike is my life, it gets me back and forth to work, 20 miles round trip, 5 days a week. I ride on weekends too. It's too valuable and important to me now so I do my best to keep her tip top. Battery lasts for me, about 12 to 15 miles before it drops 1 bar. I clocked at around 22 to 24 miles before it was in the red. I haven't drained it completely. The bike maintains it's power regardless of low battery life. Highest speed I hit so far was 32 mph. I'm almost positive there's a regulator in the motor. I can feel something pulling back when going down hills and should be traveling faster that I am. All in all its a good bike, well worth the price whether for fun or for necessity it'll measure up. ... show more

Excellent for its price, works great, and is amazingly durable, I mountain bike with it a lot and it lasts. Long battery life, I’d say around 25 miles. Assembly was easy, and the size is good for anyone around 5’7. However, the suspension doesn’t work for me at all, making it considerably less comfortable. ... show more

I’m not really much of a review writer, but I do like to read them before I buy something that costs several hundred dollars. So I felt the need to do my duty to assist those who are like me. I love the bike overall. Very satisfied and would buy again right now. However, here are a few things that I wish were different. 1. Kinda needs rear and front fender. Mostly for blocking water from being thrown back on you in wet conditions. 2. The charging block gets really hot while charging the bike. Doesn’t appear to damage anything, but it’s almost too hot to touch. 3. Pedal assist is 9mph in PAS level 1. I have found myself wishing it were a tad slower for casual beach riding. That’s it. Everything else is a win. Battery life, speed, stability, and large tires. This thing can move out and performs really well even in sand. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. This one is fantastic and only took me about 20 min to assemble out of the box. Highly recommend. ... show more

They DO NOT honor there WARRANTY!! Had a defective battery in my 8th month from purchase. Sent a video to them. Qlife agreed it was defaulted battery and REFUSED TO HONOR THERE WARRANTY. The bike had not been altered or misused in any way. I can’t express how much to stay away from this company. They just want me to buy a 500.00 battery from them. ... show more
