Overall very satisfied with this purchase. It's not the "Top Of The Line" Model of an E-Bike but it is still very well built, quality products and has everything you need to enjoy riding/cruising. It is very easy to assemble out of the box, easy to use and works very well. Battery Life seems to be fairly good and the power with it is just about right. I have had no issue going 25+ MPH and that's plenty fast for myself and family. Comfort is ok, I would recommend a new seat or cushion longer rides/days. This is a nice EBike. Easy to put together, good quality material, and it rides awesome. It’s fast and has a lot of torque. The fat tires make it fun to go on grass or gravel. Been having a lot of fun riding it.

This may seem like an expensive bike, however, it comes with everything you need. Instructions are very detailed to fully assemble it with no complications. They even provide a air pump to pump the tires up! Great purchase and my somln loves it. Best size for my son. Good power. He has to ride of a steep slope to get home. I was concerned, the bike might not have the power to make it. But this bike has power in spades. Excellent choice. Excellent bike. 5 out of 5 stars.

    • Poor customer service- broken bike in less than 50 miles

We had high hopes for this e-bike and felt that it would be a good fit for our children, after less than 50 miles on the bike it has stopped working completely, mid-ride. A screw where the battery pack is located came loose and landed on the terminals and we feel that there is a short somewhere in the wiring to the motor. The lights and horn still work as does the screen but the motor has no power We have tried to return this product through Amazon but the seller specifically indicates that this is not an option and you must contact them. We called and spoke to customer service about the issue and needed to send a video/ picture of the problem. This process was started on September 4th. We received a follow up email asking for more pictures of the battery area on September 9th and have heard nothing else (September 23rd). I tried calling today and the phone went straight to leave a message. While this is an economical bike, it has turned into a $600 piece of junk sitting in our garage. This process has been frustrating for us, and very sad for our children who would just like to take their new bike for a ride. Unfortunately I would not recommend this brand to anyone with the experience that we have had. I hope to have this resolved quickly and perhaps we will be able to have a more positive outcome. ... show more

This bike is really nice ! I bought it for my 11 year old . Easy to put together and rides nice . He did pop the tube the next day but I am not sure if maybe we didn’t put enough air in it to begin with or he hit the curb just right . Highly recommend .
