The charger/battery doesn't directly indicate that it's charging but the charging cable does change color to indicate charging and fully charged. The size of the bike is very satisfying. I’ve had it for a week and half. First thing I did after assembly and charge was take it for a 23 mile ride on the local paved bike trail. With using pedal assist still had half battery left at the end. I use it throttle only on after work errand runs around town. Lots of up and down big hill on the way up and works great. A little pedaling goes along way. Love the look, I’m 5ft 10in and fits me great. Highly recommend. Just wish I got it with the each and fenders but it was unavailable ... show more

Wow!! I’m am so happy with my decision to purchase the QLife racer Ebike it is amazing it goes 28 mph just like it says with ease and it barely slows on hills big hills, small hills you don’t even know are there! lol that’s how strong it is the weight is good for a Ebike the battery is the heaviest thing on the bike! I’ve yet to test the distance but that is next the horn is super loud scared me when I accidentally hit it haha! But thanks QLife for making an excellent Ebike!! And also for the price what? $604 with tax and shipping that’s awesome for a bike that handles and goes this fast!!! Love it sweet and it only took about 20 minutes to assemble everything!! Tools that are needed come with and also a small tire pump bc they leave one tire flat I’m assuming to fit the box better! ... show more

    • Great Bike, But Terrible Customer Service – Warranty is Useless

I purchased the Qlife Racer Fat Tire Electric Bike for Adults, and while the bike itself performs well, the customer service experience has been very disappointing. After assembling the bike, I noticed a noise coming from the front wheel, which turned out to be a slightly bent disc. In addition, the brakes make a very loud and unpleasant sound. I purchased the 2-year warranty for peace of mind, but unfortunately, it has been a waste of money. I've reached out multiple times for support, but no one is answering. The bike may be good, but without reliable customer support, I cannot recommend this product—especially if something goes wrong. A warranty is only valuable if it's honored, and sadly, that hasn’t been my experience. ... show more
