It arrived very quickly. Delivered in 2 days, was quoted 4 -6 days. Everything is great so far. I haven't tested to see how the battery actually lasts. I suppose I might be able to tell you what the battery life is while constantly zipping around at full speed everywhere. :) It is a lot of fun and the bike quality seems to be really good an the brakes are great. I missed out on better pricing due to tariffs but that's not the company's fault, I Blame the cheeto in charge here. However for the options I got compared to other companies the price is pretty decent. The directions could have been more verbose in some areas, and I have NO idea what the tag on the rear derailleur was trying to tell me. Also the addition of a tail light would have been a good idea. So far those are the only niggles I have. ... show more

Love the bikes. They came with a couple of issues that we could fix if the parts were sent to us. This company has NO customer service apparently. Sad! I ended up going through Amazon to get it fixed. Wouldn’t be doing this bad of a review had they just answered my questions.

[edited] Non-existent customer service. The bike has a hollow core front axle for use with the included quick release add-on. But I have never seen an axle with the insert still inside (for shipping I guess?). Written instructions, pictures, and videos never show removing this piece. So, with all the grease and lubricant, I didn't recognize it for what it was. Naturally, I thought I had the wrong size (axle length too short for the front fork.) I attempted calling the number listed in the user manual. I tried emailing the support email listed in both the user manual and support website. I have tried calling the phone number listed on the support website. And I tried using the online chat feature. No one was ever at the other end. "Hours：8AM-5PM PST Monday-Friday." Lies! I eventually figured it out by lots of online research. Still never got a response back almost a week later. This bike is fantastic. Customer service leaves quite a lot to be desired. Edit 2: Full week later they responded with a satisfactory compensation. Still one star off for response time, though. ... show more
