The quality of the bike is really good for the price. The appearance is nice. Itā€™s really sturdy. I did have to put some extra muscle in it to make sure that all the screws and bolts were tight and we did have a hard time putting the front wheel on my son had to push a really hard end up cutting his finger but overall we end up getting the front wheel on so in total it took me about a good 45 minutes to an hour to make sure everything was locked and secured. ... show more

I use this as a flat ground commuter. I dont bash into curbs etc and it has been great. Rural town with paved and gravel roads. Furthest trip on single charge I've taken is 21 miles. Takes 5-6 hours to charge/top off fully. About 700 miles in over 3.5 months. I did watch you tube on adjusting the deralieurs for better quieter shift engagement. Otherwise assembly was easy and everything fit up well. Fastest down a decent hill I've been was 28mph occasionally hits 21mph on flat ground under its own power. Im 6ft 280 lbs. Awesome commuter bike for groceries and post office visits as well as fishing trips down to the river! If you aren't a super serious cyclist this is a fun way to get around on a budget. ... show more

Very poor quality- I first purchased this bike in May as a graduation present. After several delays, the item never arrived and my order was cancelled without explanation, After finally being told it was out of stock. I waited for the item to appear again as 'in stock' and I reordered. This time the item arrived nearly on time but it was the wrong color and when we put it together, IT DID NOT WORK. There were several missing parts, not just the generic washer that can be interchanged but pieces necessary to the function of the bike. Thankfully, Amazon customer service issued a credit, however, I won't be trying Qlife again. ... show more

Incredible E-bike backed by Outstanding Customer Service!I bought my Qlife Cityone on Amazon, and it has been an amazing electric bicycle for my daily commutes. Recently, I needed to replace the front wheel. Since my specific model is now discontinued, the company no longer carried the original spare parts in stock.However, instead of leaving me on my own, the Qlife customer service team went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly polite, understanding, and fast. They gave me the exact guidance and specifications I needed to find compatible third-party replacements and successfully repair my bike on my own.It is very rare to find a brand that cares so much about its customers and provides this level of support even after a model is discontinued. The bike runs beautifully, is very reliable, and the company stands behind their product. Highly recommended! ... show more

well, firstly i did give it a 4 star. BUT. my wifes bike is marked 500w on the hub, is faster and has a bigger Hub. I very much doubt this Qlife Racer Electric Bike is 1000W. I've gone just about 40 miles total so far, with 3 charges. I have not taken it on a flat ride. There are hills where i live, and on the 6th of June i went on a ride and lost the first bar after 1.5 miles, the second after 2.7, and the third bar (out of 5) i lost after 3.9. I turned around at that point, and having traveled mostly at an uphill incline i did not lose any more bars on the way back. So after just 8 miles or so i was down to 2 bars, close to 1. Im sure this bike would do well on a flat bike trail area in a city. And probably even get me to work if i tried. Not 100% sure if it would get me back. Over all i think this is a good bike for the price. I may revise this review after i reach 100 miles. Speedo tops out at 22 going down hill. so you don't really know after that. About 19-21 if i pedal on a flat. 19 full throttle. I'm about 160Lbs. ... show more
