Broken after 15 rides. Got an E30 error code...meaning there's a "communication error". Customer service was horrible. Finally after weeks of going back and forth, they finally gave me a link to replace the defective part and it costs half the price of a new bike. There's no way I'm giving this horrible company one penny more and I'm surely not throwing more money at this worthless bike. ... show more

ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø (5/5) Iā€™m really impressed with this Qlife Racer electric bike so far. Assembly was straightforward and didnā€™t take long, even without being a bike expert. The bike feels solid and well-built, but still lightweight enough to handle comfortably. The motor has great powerā€”plenty of torque for hills and quick acceleration when you need it. Pedal assist works smoothly, and the throttle is responsive without feeling jerky. Battery life has been solid too; Iā€™ve been able to get multiple rides before needing a recharge, and the removable battery is very convenient. The ride itself is comfortable, with good shock absorption and stable handling. It feels safe and controlled, even at higher speeds. For the price, the performance really exceeded my expectations. Overall, this is an excellent e-bike for commuting, casual riding, or light trail use. Great value for the money, and Iā€™d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable electric bike. ... show more
