Claim you can cut them for smaller sizes. You can cut them shorter using the guide but they are still too wide for your shoes. After all the work to make them narrow enough for my shoes they didn’t add much cushioning but somehow still made dress shoes too tight and got bad blisters from trying to wear them. All the effort to make them the right size and had to take them out half an hour after putting shoes on from the pain and blistering.

I bought these for my Rothy’s point shoes, which are size 8.5, so I hoped these would be perfect since 8.5 is the uncut size of these insoles. The Rothy’s 8.5, however, is definitely longer/pointier in the toe. That means that my toes all hang over the front edge of these insoles inside my shoes. At first I didn’t think it mattered because the extra cushion everywhere else was so great, but when I finally went on a longer walk in them, I realized that it actually was causing me a lot of discomfort over time. It irritates my bunion and eventually leaves my feet feeling strained and in pain. If these came in a size 9 or larger so I could just trim them down to a perfect, full fit, I would buy them in a heartbeat. But I can’t find these in a larger size anywhere. I’m sure that women with feet larger than 8.5 would also enjoy the opportunity to use this product. It’s unfortunate that the sizing appears to stop so small.
