    • Wasted my money
Bargain bike for a reason. Bought four months ago. Had chain issues, had to buy a new kickstand since one it comes with doesn’t support it and now the battery stopped taking a charge. Their customer service is terrible. Do not waste your money on this bike that they don’t provide support for.

What a beautiful and well designed bike! At first glance, you wouldn't think it's an Ebike, except of course for the battery mounted on the down tube. The light weight, 52 pounds, makes it easy to load into my SUV. My other ebikes weigh in at 70-80 pounds. The 21 speeds means that you can ride it if your electrics fail. My other ebikes have 7 speeds, which means you can't climb the steepest hill or go very fast. The packaging was designed by an engineer, not one scratch on the finish when it was out of the box. I ordered the bike on Monday and it arrived by Fedex on Thursday of the same week! And boy, is it powerful! PAS-1 brings you right up to 10 mph in 10 seconds. PAS-5 is terrifying! It also has a thumb throttle, useful if you're riding with a pack of other riders and want to maintain a constant speed. ... show more

Love the bikes. They came with a couple of issues that we could fix if the parts were sent to us. This company has NO customer service apparently. Sad! I ended up going through Amazon to get it fixed. Wouldn’t be doing this bad of a review had they just answered my questions.

Relatively easy to assemble. Front tire instructions could be a little more thorough. Road for about 2 hours and very responsive. I went uphill at 15 mph and I’m a 48 year old 200 pound guy. My son loves it so far. Smooth ride, but extra suspension makes bike difficult to fit on standard car bike rack. I would definitely recommend to my friends, so far. This exact bike was hundreds of dollars more expensive online. BONUS: Also received rear rack and fender, which was not expected ... show more

It arrived very quickly. Delivered in 2 days, was quoted 4 -6 days. Everything is great so far. I haven't tested to see how the battery actually lasts. I suppose I might be able to tell you what the battery life is while constantly zipping around at full speed everywhere. :) It is a lot of fun and the bike quality seems to be really good an the brakes are great. I missed out on better pricing due to tariffs but that's not the company's fault, I Blame the cheeto in charge here. However for the options I got compared to other companies the price is pretty decent. The directions could have been more verbose in some areas, and I have NO idea what the tag on the rear derailleur was trying to tell me. Also the addition of a tail light would have been a good idea.
