Fairly easy to put together. Mostly already assembled . Fantastic ride! Pedal assist has the ability to know how you’re peddling and gives you that E boost when needed. throttle is great for going up hills if you don’t want to adjust your pedal speed. I’m 67 yo and have biked all my life but life has slowed me down. I can now enjoy biking again without the strain on my body. LOVE this bike! ... show more

They sent a bunch of missing parts. Customer service is horrible, they take weeks on end to repsond, something ignore your emails. I asked for repacement parts and thry sent the wrong thing out. Worst brand ive ever had to deal with.

This bike comes mostly assembled. I rode it to work less than an hour after receiving it. It definitely seems sturdy and is easy to use. Definitely don't forget locks (I recommend at least 2, they're a big target for bike thieves).

I bought a bike in April. The bike works fine, but the display keeps giving me an E30 error. This error leeps the display from showing some of the data speed, mph, miles driven etc...We have been in contact with customer service amd have done everything they have asked us to do, including changing the controller. We are still gettimg the error. We have also tried looking on YouTube to troubleshoot. At this point we are frustrated with the response time abiut this issue.
