Assembly was challenging in some aspects for my son. The instructions were okay and it helped to have pictures for clarification. For example, the headset was installed backwards, which my son couldn't figure out, but I was able to point out via the manual. However, if you ever worked on a modern bicycle, assembly is not too bad. The e-Bike itself is pretty sweet and a solid build. Everything worked as expected but per the usual, there were minor adjustments needed after the first ride. The reflectors were mot used, instead we used reflective tape. To me, it was great to spend sometime with my 14 year old son assembling the e-Bike. I think it's a solid first e-Bike. ... show more

This was a fast delivery; I received it a day before the actual delivery date. The E-Bike came 90% assembled and was easy to assemble from there! The batter was already fully charged. I am very pleased with this E-Bike, it is great for cruising around my neighborhood and even the bike trails. This is a great e-bike! It was easy to assemble and Qlife also has a YouTube channel with instructions. I had to adjust the breaks and gear derailleurs out of the box, but they’re easy to do so.
