Received the e-bike, mostly assembled in 4 days, which was surprisingly quick! Assembly was fairly easy, it comes with the tools needed to put it together. Build quality is amazing for a $500 bike. The gearing is a bit low, more suitable for mountain biking than street. In top gear I can only do about 14 mph (It has Shimano gears that shift flawlessly). However, when applying the power assist, you can easily do 20+ mph. The ebike is surprisingly powerful, accelerates quickly and with minimum pedal resistance, be cruising at 20 mph. I haven't rode enough to run the battery down, but 30 minutes of riding still shows full battery charge. I highly recommend as a starter ebike and/or as an inexpensive form of urban transportation. ... show more

Great bikes. I bought one for myself and my wife. They get up to speed as advertised. Easy to put together if you are even somewhat handy. Great way to get exercise and get to many more destinations than you would riding a regular bike.

The bike looks good and the quality is ok for the price. The problem I have is the range of the battery. The Company advertises a range of 55 miles on a full charge. Maximum I could get was 19 miles . And my riding condition is very normal. No big inclunes, and I use only 1and 2 assists. The customer service is polite and the technical support answers after a week and both just gave me the runaround. After sending them all the pictures and videos they needed, they still did not remedy the battery problem. Be advised that if you buy this product and want to return it, you will have to pay for the shipping back, which is over $100. If I had to do this again , I would not buy from this Company. ... show more

Poor quality. Mine came with the front fork installed backwards. Also the fork was poorly fitted for the wheel, with the forks too widely spaced for the wheel hub. Making it almost impossible to tighten correctly and still fit the front brake disc. The included wrenched were also so cheap they failed stripping the inside edge of the wrench when trying to remove the nuts from the front wheel. I ended up having to buy a narrow set for bikes to get it assembled ... show more
