Solid bike. Gets the job done. The 40 miles maximum is really a maximum. Meaning all flat and super low battery support. For normal usage i would say it’s a solid 20 miles. Still i understand spec is valid and i love the performance and price. Highly recommended!

    • Great bike, just make sure you get everything tight!
My daughter loves this bike. It came mostly put together. The only things we had to do were the handle bars and stem, front wheel, headlight, and seat/pedals/reflectors. It came with all the needed tools as well. The only real issue we ran into was our hand strength to tighten down the handle bars and steering pole. We couldn't get it tight enough on our own to be safe, and the instruction manual is minimal help. We thought we might have to return the bike. We enlisted the assistance of a friend with more strength to tighten down the screws. ... show more

Great electric bike, battery life is huge, I still don't charge it. Great Value for the price, I tested similar electric bikes (including the ones from Costco) and they are the same but with a big price tag. Assembly was straight forward.

    • Not such a good experience all around

Bought these bikes couple months ago in a set of two on sale. I thought it was a steel because it evened out to each bike being only about $250. However we received one bike in the mail within a couple days and the other bike took about a week. My white bike the welds look beautiful but now a couple months later the frame is rusting and tough to reach spots during spraying of paint. My black bike the pain is phenomenal but the welds look like I did them myself instead of a manufacturing facility. My black bike is now out of commission because after multiple temps of tightening the rear brakes to actually slow the bike down, The brake pads ended up eating through the caliper. Now on my white bike the brakes have become way too loose no matter how tight you make them So I'm sure they're going to do the same thing. In my experience the brakes are extremely underpowered with cables breaking constant readjusting. I am not at all happy with my purchase of either of these bikes. I'm also not happy with a non-existent customer support from the company as well. As per my experience, I should have just spent the money on one of the other bikes... ... show more

Came early and works like a charm. Great for short to mid length trips! Battery last me for 2/3 day back and fourth from work to home. Very comfortable seat and handle bars. The auto peddle / gas peddle is easy to reach and use. Fell over once and no chipping or scratches!!

For the money, the bike is decent. Every thing works. I do have to tell you that the assembly instructions and video are the worst I’ve ever seen. If you are familiar with bikes you will be ok.
