I mean...it's an incredible e-bike, solid and safe, for under $500 complete. So it could get Ten Stars. A HUNDRED STARS!! I love it. It rides smoothly (BUT do practice! The "pedal assist" feature takes a minute to get used to, it WILL "jolt" you forward right at first, important to know if you're not used to e-bikes) and the frame and construction are sturdy and well made. Seat is comfortable! Instruction guide gets a B+ and I'd recommend this bike to anyone! Here are my notes: - I bought the pink one. The color shown on Amazon is a dusty pink...but it is really more of a salmon-y pink. See the picture :) I rolled this baby right into my cluttered studio. Dig. - shipping, packaging, could have been handled better, some of the plastic protective pieces were cracked and broken, but the bike itself had only a few marks from what looked like a very bumpy delivery. This is more on the handlers and not on the manufacturer/seller, just a heads up. - if you order the optional fender and rack, it arrives separately and unmarked. You will need to understand how to assemble them (I haven't put mine on yet) outside of the provided instructions. - SAME for General Instructions, you will need to know how a bike goes together. The QR code provided in the booklet leads to a blank page; YouTube has helpful homemade videos that can clarify. Having another person available to help you during assembly is also recommended ;) - I needed my own Phillips head screwdriver and a different-sized Allen wrench than what came with the parts set, but assembly was mostly easy enough to figure out. I needed help tightening a few pieces. - not least: a key is shown in the pictures - this is not a keyed-ignition vehicle. It has a push-button start. The key goes to the battery, which is removable. You can charge the bike with the battery either on or off but the key is for that. - also not least!: you can just "scoot" on this bike, too, if you don't want to pedal ;) and note that switching from "pedal assist" speed-to-speed takes a little getting used to. Overall: You will love this bike!

This is a very well made e-bike. All of the components are top quality and the assembly was quick and easy. The manual is clear and informative. The hardest part was taking off the packaging but that's a good thing because nothing was damaged. The bike is well balanced and easy to ride, it has great pickup speed and the pedal assist is the best part. I highly recommend this bike and i will be purchasing another one for my wife because she will not get off of my bike now.

I received the bike ahead of time which was great. All parts were in the box and assembly was actually very minimal. The tires were wider than I expected which is great!! The ride is very smooth, and I love that it is adjustable to different speed levels. This bike exceeded my expectations massively. There is almost no noise when going full auto, and the looks and smoothness are insane. It comes with a very comfy seat, and the build quality is great. Overall, for functionality, this bike gets me anywhere I need to go no problem.

The media could not be loaded. So far…so good! It took me an hour and 45 mins to put together. The battery charged in 2 hours which was nice. The handlebars took the most time. The instructions were not that great. I checked YouTube which helped a bit. The seat was east to install. The third thing to install was the front tire. It came with two bolts only. Not the pin that is shown on the Qlife video. I tightened the bolts and called customer service to see if if it need the pin with the push down lever. Waiting to hear back. Customer service was great! They got back to me right away. They are forwarding my concerns. I will follow up when I hear back. The front tire came flat. The rear tire needs air. I suggest ordering a tire pump when you order the bike. I have not yet inflated the tires. The front light came with a screw bolt and washer only. Nothing to tighten on to the bolt. I screwed it as tight as I can but I think it will loosen up going over bumps. I let customer service know. Love it so far! **UPDATE** Customer service is great. They got back to me immediately. It turns out that the front tire does not need the pin. The tires inflated with no issues. I tightened squirrel with the washer behind it on the front light and it’s fine. Customer Service is sending me a longer one. The bike is AWESOME! It has a very solid sturdy feel when riding. Very smooth. The seat is very comfy. I have 6 miles on it so far and the battery is still full. The bell works great. So far I’ve only used the pedal assist #1. With that I was going 11 mph, which is fine on and off the sidewalks. I will be testing the others this weekend. No complaints. I love this bike better than my $1800 e-bike that was a step through fat tire 80 pound monster. It had a twisted throttle which I do not recommend. I had an accident on it with that twist throttle. I purposely bought this one because it had a push button throttle. Another feature it has cruise control so if you hold down the throttle for so many seconds, it goes into cruise control mode. Once you hit the brakes, the cruise control turns off. Very nice feature on this Qlife bike. The handlebars are adjustable. I will be doing that next. I LOVE IT!

Love this bike! It arrived mostly assembled and only took me under an hour to put together. It was missing a wrench and screwdriver, but luckily I had my own tools at home, so it wasn’t a big issue. The motor is surprisingly powerful. It even managed to get me up a steep hill — it did struggle a bit, but it got the job done! A great value for money. Would recommend!
