  • Great Stick for Beginning Learners
Style: Joystick
Is it the best stick? Probably not. But it's more than reliable if you're a casual player. If you're a competitive one, it's also very easily moddable so that you can upgrade it to tournament level. When I unpacked it, the first thing I noticed was how responsive it was. I had only ever played on controller or keyboard before, so it genuinely surprised me how quickly moves came out after pressing a button. As for the stick, it took a bit of adjusting to a fight stick's more wrist-based movement, but, after some practice, I'm far more precise with my inputs than I could dream of on controller or keyboard. I first got it around a year ago, and how has it held up? Very impressively. I play fairly rough with it, slapping the stick and buttons so loud I've gotten some complaints from my family. And yet, it's hardly shown its age. The only sign of wear and tear is that one button stays pushed for a second after my finger releases if I press it too lightly or slowly. I've never encountered this issue in a fighting game though, so it's beyond trivial. As I said before, it's also very moddable. I've heard great things about Sanwa buttons and levers, and I intend to switch some parts out for Sanwa counterparts. Many how-to YouTubers even use this stick, the Qanba Drone, as a model for videos on how to mod your stick, so there's that bit of extra convenience. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Great value, however definitely a beginner stick
Style: Joystick
Stick feels great, good size, responsive and looks cool. I'm using it on a PC and haven't had any issues so far with any games. The housing feels sturdy but the buttons feels less so, it's a bit on the loud side and I haven't noticed any miss inputs as of yet. If you aren't sure you want a fighting stick or you are a casual player I think this is really going to make you happy. For me personally this hits all the boxes I was looking for. ... show more

  • Good starter stick
Style: Joystick
I got this a month ago roughly, i have never used an arcade stick before, besides a few times playing tekken when i was young at an arcade, i got this to play tekken 7 and street fighter V, i really like this stick, but i can say the learning curve is immense especially if you're new to fighting games as well as stick, like i am. and i can say the stick and buttons it come with arent amazing and i will upgrade them as soon as i can afford to, ill be swapping them for sanwa buttons, and a sanwa JFL stick, this stick has a square gate, i think i like it but im gonna pick up a circle and octa gate to see what i feel the most comfortable with, only downsides, the stick is made of plastic which gets really sweaty and dirty super quick, the buttons scratch easy, and the turbo buttons and analog D-pad switch buttons do not work out of the box. and i got this brand new. so there is that. i dont use either buttons but if you do, there is a possibility of those not even working on arrival. the buttons i said were bad, but i didnt say why, they seems to not do well with being pressed hard and fast, as sometimes you can hit 2 hard enough to have it some how register 1 or 4 for a milisecond, maybe i can be rough when hitting inputs at times but i know alot of people who play with stick who hit their buttons much harder than me and they never have this issue, the stick itself doesnt reset back to neutral very quick at all making electrics on tekken 7 really difficult to pull off, not to mention the stick its self is pretty resistant to being pushed in any direction especially upward or downward. its is 100% usable as it from the box, but to really be on your top game this will not help you IMO unless upgraded. though this is easily upgraded there are a bunch of videos on youtube that will show you were to get the parts and how to put them in. ... show more

  • Good entry stick
Style: Joystick
It has PS4 and PS3 modes which helps with some games. Is moddable with Sanwa buttons and you can replace the stick top as well. Good entry for fighting game players who want to give fighting stick a shot as it is incredibly affordable! And cable management while putting it away is a breeze as well. Only downside is that some yellow paint scratches off after using it a lot but thats only a mild cosmetic damage. ... show more

  • Works on newer hardware
Style: Joystick
Bought this back in 2020 back when I was really grinding my life away on fighting games. Works really good with PS4 and PS5(recently played Tekken 8 with it). Very responsive controls, highly modifiable for tournament play, and casual friendly.

  • Budget friendly arcade experience!
Style: Joystick
You will get the arcade experience! A great upgrade from my hori fight stick mini in terms of looks and comfort. Hori still offers better response and less lag but with the Qanba you get a full size arcade experience for roughly $20 more. For the price you cannot go wrong, but keep your expectations at a modest level. If you want a full fledged arcade stick with all the bells and whistles this is not your choice. Expect to pay $100+ for that. Construction is average, mostly plastic. Not as responsive or accurate as more expensive models. Unfortunately it was defective. It stopped working and had to be restarted in order to work during matches. Amazon did a great job handling the refund process. Highly recommended company in case anything goes wrong with your purchase. Give it a try if you are on a budget and enjoy fighting games, it offers the experience of an arcade stick for less than $80. ... show more

  • Quality Fightstick for a Good Price
Style: Joystick
Ultimately my purpose for buying this stick was to mod it. It was my first time doing so and in the end it was actually SUPER easy with the right tutorials. Either way, even out the box it felt really nice but the buttons were quick to wear down. (I was playing SFV). I also felt it was a pretty decent sized stick that fit in my lap. I was using a WRAP4 previously to compare and I like this one a little better. Overall it's a good stick even to start and easy to mod later if you're willing to put in the work. 5 Star. (The picture is the modded version.) ... show more
