The media could not be loaded. First of all dealing with this company for a return is like dealing with a stone wall. The first thing they wanted me to do was take a video of the item right away ..why couldn't they just give me what I asked for( a postage paid label) instead of haggling with me ? I wanted to return it on their dime because the product is defective they said they wanted to see a video so they can send me parts so that I can fix it on my own!! I'm not a repairman first of all, second of all when I asked to have a postage paid label sent to me they did not want to send me a postage paid label they kept giving me the running round and dealing with Amazon for the return was also a headache because when going to A to z claims much did I not know that dealing with a to z claims you have to submit a video within 3 days which I have things to do I'm not always available to keep track of the time because I have to fight for a return! a postage paid return label from the company should not be hard to arrange by the company. I am so highly disgusted with what I have had to put through just trying to return this piece of garbage!! I have had my ever cross scooter for a little over 3 years no problems the funny thing about this scooter that I bought by "askgo " is that it is the same wattage of battery as my Evercrosss Scooter and has absolutely no kind of power compared to my evercross scooter .. This scooter came with several screws missing..the front wheel is loose most likely because the top of the shaft to steer is missing a screw while on the street driving it I almost lost control and fell that's an easy lawsuit for me to Sue this company for manufacturing an unsaved product to its customers and to deal with the company that doesn't even provide a postage paid label for me to send it I do not think that I need to spend another $150 just to send this scooter back to this piece of garbage company. That has piece of garbage product. I am highly irritated about this situation and if you are planning to even spend your hard work Dollar on this please listen to this review do yourself a big favor and don't waste your money here! These people treated me like a joke after I paid $400 and$$ change for this piece of garbage! Run as fast as you can!!! I was one of the people who didn't listen to a bad review ..

The Q2 electric scooter arrived quickly and is very well made. It is fast and powerful. It took me a long time to decide to give it to my boyfriend as a gift, and to be honest, it is not cheap. But I was completely attracted by its performance and appearance, so I finally convinced myself. As expected, my boyfriend likes it very much. Unexpectedly, he really likes it very much. It is really fun. It took him less than half an hour to assemble it, and then he rode it out and showed it off to acquaintances. This is what I really want. I would recommend it to those who are looking for a high-performance scooter.

It says 800watt. In the owners manual it says 350-500watt. But I don’t think it even had the power of a 150watt scooter. It barely had the power to go across a flat level lawn. Slowed down and stopped on the slightest incline. Dealing with getting a return was a long drawn out nightmare. I had a 350watt scooter before and it would have run circles around this thing. Battery was fully charged. The battery meter was fully lit up. Just has no power. Definitely not worth it.

Very quick and sturdy scooter. The only down side is going up hill it loses it's speed drastically and if it's a steep hill it just comes to a stop and I had to walk it up until the hill leveled out. If you have no hills where you live then it's perfect.

The scooter came w/ a defective headlight. It was cracked. I reached out to the seller, twice and never heard back. Would like to have the brand new scooter all intact. I dont think that is too much to ask for.

The handlebars came apart where it folds down. and then other screws and nuts come loose it had to keep tightening them. It was having trouble charging. and it came scratched up on the screen. It would have been nice scooter it went fast it had good suspension if it just didn't fall apart. When I order a new one it will be one with the handlebars that do not fold. And I will not buy from that company because it took me a long time to get my money back. They were a little rude about the whole thing. My grandson is still waiting for a new scooter for his birthday and it's been 2 months. But I did eventually get my money back.

Scooter can go really far without dieing and it’s really fast I think it goes faster then 27mph Cause mines go 94kmh and other then that really good scooter
