We have had this laser for 2.5 months and the hand set is leaking water. We have had one before that worked great for a couple years before it was taken in a burglary. Not sure what happened to the quality. We are owner operator have been doing tattoo removal for over 10 years, we are not novices in how to handle equipment.

I think some of the people who wrote reviews saying it arrived dead just didn’t know how to use it correctly. It seems that way but once you hit the emergency stop button, it turns itself ON. The instructions don’t make much sense but there’s a video on YouTube explaining installation/set up well. I used an AI tool to get more specific instructions about what frequency etc to set the laser at for my skin type (I sent it a picture and asked) Works like a charm.
