The box is very well built and the spray liner finish is excellent. It has the liner applied to the inside as well as the outside. The only issue that I ran into is that the opening was not big enough for the sub I purchased for it which is a Power Acoustik BAMF. I ended up having to enlarge the opening with my dremel but after about 20 minutes of work I was able to fit it in. I'm not sure how many other 15" subs will be too big, but it's something to be aware of. I would guess most standard 15" subs will fit but then again the cutout on these boxes may just run a little small. Other than that I'm happy with the enclosure. Well 3 days using this Q boom box I only can say is Garbage maybe it can work for a $75 dollar sub I put my americanbass 15 XFL in it 3 days later the box was lose from the Porter and It raddler lick crazy my opinion spend a bit more buy a better box or have someone to build you one .

Great box but be careful set it on na flat service before trying to mount the speaker to it my box broke in the back because the speaker was to heavy for the type of wood they used to make it but yeah no complaint but that I'll order an new one when the current one i own breaks more

I received a damaged box. I would have kept it and fixed it but the damage is right on the speaker cutout. Return and replacement has been submitted. Box seems very sturdy and sealed well besides bad spot. I could not test how it sounds yet. This is all I can say or review will be cancelled. EDIT 5 Mar 2025: Received replacement damage free. These things are heavy and solid, not sure how last one got damaged. Speaker installed and played around with a little. Tuning of the box seems pretty close to 32-35Hz. Speaker terminal on back is for smaller size wire push connectors. Cheap made in china piece. Also terminal is not sealed, I added a piece of sound deadener behind it to seal it. the inside slot port is curved and not a 90 degree angle which is a nice touch. ... show more
