no issues running 1 ohm with one Hyanka 1500w amp ( HYANKA CDP-1500D) that puts out close to 1600w and a HYANKA BSF-15-2ohm "wired down to 1 ohm" 15 inch sub mounted in the Q Power Q Bomb Series 15 Inch Ported enclosure to get the most out of this setup for some Hard Hitting deep bass. . 4 months of banging without the slightest hint of a problem. 10/10 worth the purchase. the setup replaced 2 Kenwood 12's and a Kenwood 1000w amp for a substantially noticeable upgrade that was cheaper than the original systems cost by a couple hundred dollars. Not even worth a star lmao it was cheap but geez. i bought it to replace the box my sub came with due to the side splitting out and ratting louder than the bass. 2 months in and i started noticing the same sound but quieter with an added air leak “fart” sound. 4 months in and it looks exactly like the other one with the same split. keep in mind i’m only running 800w rms off a cheap jensen amp rn (skar zvx 15). id personally never buy a prefab again and just save a few bucks/headache taking the time to do it myself. ... show more

I used it for a skar zvx 15 and it was 100% not designed for that kind of subwoofer it blew the box apart on me 3 times I now have since reinforced it and sealed it completely the entire box is made using air nails and liquid nails its poorly made but with some effort it can be forced to hold up but thats probably not the best route for all people also melted my cup terminals had to make all thread rod bolts for connections and a new cup out of wood ... show more

This box sounds great, I really like the lows I get from my sub and it fit in my trunk. However, the spray they use on these SMELLS TERRIBLE and I might just get something else because of that. Will work good for now however for the price.
