This product comes from China, and IMHO, it should stay there! It's so confusing and complicated to understand, that after hours of trying to figure out how to use it, I got as far as getting it back to factory settings as the manual instructed in the very beginning. The very first out of the box problem, was an error message that talked about a "paper end error" - not a single word in the manual or on the DVD about paper, how to load paper, or error messages. Both the manual and the DVD are useless as far as explaining how to set-up or use this product as far as I'm concerned, and I'm not willing to spend another minute of my time pulling my hair out, trying to understand this damn thing. The item description on Amazon mentions 9 tax settings, yet the word "tax" doesn't even appear in the manual, nor is it on the machine! Don't try to save money on a cash machine, this item is too integral to your business. Unless you are some sort of genius who can figure out machines without a manual, don't waste your time on this one!
