We purchased 2 of these registers and I was ready to ship them back since the user’s manual is worthless. I then called the support # for Nadex and a kind woman named Diana walked us through setting up the register and was kind, patient and so sweet and professional and did not loose her patience at all. We were on the phone almost one hour. I asked Diana if I could call her tomorrow so we could program the 2nd register and she graciously said yes. Well here it is Thursday and I just hung up with Diana and am in LOVE with our two new registers. Moral of the story is the registers are great but call the support line and hopefully you will be as fortunate as we were to speak with Diana.
