We purchased 2 of these registers and I was ready to ship them back since the user’s manual is worthless. I then called the support # for Nadex and a kind woman named Diana walked us through setting up the register and was kind, patient and so sweet and professional and did not loose her patience at all. We were on the phone almost one hour. I asked Diana if I could call her tomorrow so we could program the 2nd register and she graciously said yes. Well here it is Thursday and I just hung up with Diana and am in LOVE with our two new registers. Moral of the story is the registers are great but call the support line and hopefully you will be as fortunate as we were to speak with Diana. Cannot say enough about Diana and she should be given the employee of the year. Thanks Diana!!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. Worked fine and clunky for a few days and then it got stuck like this in this screen without me being able to do anything. Won’t do anything and there’s no videos or anything to help resolve this issue.

This register is an ABSOLUTE waste of money and good luck with a return. Nobody will call me back. The only button that i get to work is the "paper feed" with a continuous beeping that won't stop no matter what I try ( and Yes, I've tried the unplugging, resetting, and power) Don't waste your time or money

Product is not bad but unless you know how to use it, guidance is not enough, the video guidance are for limited functions, the guide book does not answer all the questions for example there is no video for cr 260 how to add plu, I read the guide it helped I added a plu at department 1 then as soon as you press department 1 it will print and close the bill it will not let you add more items in receipt, it says plug and play barcode scanner, I ordered one as following video of cr300 added plu with bar code tried a lot to scan item but it did not scan, I think I could have started business on time i did not give up on it I tried to learn it over 3 full days but just gave up will return it have to buy very expensive one user friendly but regret there need guidance on a lot of issues and phone number on it did not pick up, company needs to put videos on each and every issue for each model
