System works as it should. No problems with the hardware at all really. Customer service is little to no help. Expect hour or longer hold times to get anything done. Then when you actually talk to someone, they transfer you to someone else 99% of the time. For how much they gouge you on fees, the least they could do is provide decent customer service. They don't even offer sub par customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. Can't rate them low enough. ... show more
