Using it from 2021 . Good product , customer service was very helpful when software didn’t open on pos system and able to resolve issue using remotely online. Best way to contact them is through email.

Had this unit for a little over a year and the monitor already crashed and no customer support on it ,tried calling the # they have listed dosnt work that was a waste of money

I bought this system for my deli store. I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm glad i gave it a try. It works great, works out of the box, no software set up needed. Instructions are a little poor but if you have basic computer skills you will figure it out fast. Customer service is awesome. They even offer remote training and the system comes with the app already pre-installed in case u need it. They respond to every inquiry within an hour tops. Highly recommend. It's worth the money and u don't have to pay a monthly fee for the software.
