I as an employer love it, my employees love it, and my customer can't stop asking what brand it is because they all love it as well UPDATE after 15 months.! The POS still works like a charm. Another huge benefit of this POS over a Square stand with a tablet is the contactless card pad! With Square Stand tablet pos, you would have to turn the tablet around so the customer assigns a tip and signs the credit card. And you would rotate the tablet back to you and touch the same screen. With this Square register, customers can swipe/insert their card and sign/tip on the pad and as an employee, you do not have to touch the same screen. it is separate! I used to have the old square system that requires the ipad. This system is so much better and our customers love it. It is easy to set up and use. I highly recommend it.

Ordered the product a little early and left it in the box while seeing up my business. We were two weeks away from opening. I have used Square products before so wasn't worried.
