The media could not be loaded. Great register for small business. We removed the lightspeed POS system to a simple register. It works perfectly & its faster to ring up customers. Yes, it took some doing to program, but it’s not rocket science it just takes time and patience. The size is perfect for counter top use. Although I had to get a step stool so I could see the top. You can attach a scanner and enter plu’s & program buttons for certain dollar amounts but I just entered categories with a zero dollar amount so I can input my own prices. Bathing out at days end is simple too. This is much better than paying for a service monthly to use a program. Highly recommended

Machine is very well built and pretty easy to set up. The instruction manual could go a little more in depth on some of the various keys, but after a small amount of trial and error seems pretty intuitive. It has more than enough departments to use for the small business that we run helping nonprofit organizations with fundraising events. The CR 360 is a simple but powerful tool that aids us in our program.

It may be a great cash register, but I can’t afford to lose all my programming whenever there is a power outage or whenever I unplug it. There is a compartment in the register for batteries, but no electrical connections. Why they didn’t provide battery backup for memory is beyond me.

This is the third register I have purchased. I had to return the other 2. This register came with easy to follow directions. I did have to call customer support and she was absolutely amazing. Walked my daughter and I step by step. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

After some initial issues with the setup and trouble reaching customer support for the CR360 cash register, I’m happy to report that the company finally reached out and provided assistance. They quickly scheduled a call, and the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and walked me through the entire setup process step-by-step. The cash register is now working perfectly, and I’m pleased with its functionality and ease of use. The initial delay in support was frustrating, but the team’s response and commitment to solving the problem more than made up for it. Great product, and now I can also say, great support!
