Great register for small business. We removed the lightspeed POS system to a simple register. It works perfectly & its faster to ring up customers. Yes, it took some doing to program, but it’s not rocket science it just takes time and patience. The size is perfect for counter top use. Although I had to get a step stool so I could see the top. You can attach a scanner and enter plu’s & program buttons for certain dollar amounts but I just entered categories with a zero dollar amount so I can input my own prices. Bathing out at days end is simple too. This is much better than paying for a service monthly to use a program. Highly recommended

I bought 2 of them. I was worried because some reviews said that they lose memory settings when unplugged because you can’t put batteries in them. Both of mine keep the settings even after being unplugged.

I am very happy I chose this machine. I was looking for a basic cash register that can handle all the functions I would need at my store and be easy for my employees to use. I love the size as it takes up a small footprint on my counter. It also looks really nice. I had the machine ready to go in about a half hour. It was easy to set up my PLUs, a few departments and clerks, and preset discounts. I had a question about getting the tax included in the total as it wasn’t showing, and I got through to Nadex in 2 minutes and they showed me how to set it up the way I needed. It was in the user manual, but I went through it too quickly. One thing I would say is to buy extra printing paper as it came with one roll. Changing the paper couldn’t be quicker. I highly recommend it!

This register is new every time you turn it off. It goes off and on off and on off and on I’ve asked for an exchange for them to send me out another one and I can use this one. It’s powered off, but at least I can use the cash drawer until I get a working register but they want me to return this one first get my money back then send me another one. It’s brand new when you turn on the power. It’s not even a month old. I’ve used it maybe 20 times terrible terrible it’s not like it was $100. I’ve contacted him twice with no response. Very terrible customer service.

Register was as described. Set up was easy and allowed me to customize as needed. I did have a unique concern that required some support from Nadex. I reached out and was helped by Diana. She was knowledgeable and helped me resolve my concern.

I use this in my business and it works simply as I need it to. I had a special request from the manufacturer to buy a second drawer for it and they do not offer a drawer by itself. They shipped me a second brand new cash register just so I could have a second drawer!! I was shocked to say the least and the manager even called to tell me he was doing this and was appreciative of my business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The cash register quit printing on the receipt paper. I tried switching paper, turning paper, everything. This cash register was just over a month old. Customer service had me send a video and they said they'd send a replacement cash register, but since talking to them 2 weeks ago I still have no replacement, nor will customer service answer my phone call nor return messages left. Warning don't buy! I'll update this review if customer service does what they said and sends the replacement cash register. UPDATE: Their customer service is top notch!!! Took care of my issue and made it right!! I highly recommend NADEX!!!
