The cash drawer came as expected and in perfect shape. The box had packing in it that kept it safe during shipment. I received 6 keys. The drawer is sturdy with the dollar slots being the correct size and with room for multiple bills. The coin slots can be sized however you want as the dividers are removable. They snap in and out but are not easily removed. It takes a good pull which is what you want otherwise your change could get mixed up. The drawer slides smoothly in and out and locks automatically when closed. The key will allow you easy access to the drawer. The cost and quality is better than any I’ve looked at.

This is a great cash drawer. Simple and easy to open/close. Unfortunately, we realized it wouldn’t work with our Square Terminal, so opening and closing manually wasn’t what we were looking for.

I purchased the Volcora 13" Electronic Cash Register Drawer and overall it works great. The build quality is solid, and it performs exactly as expected for daily use with a POS system. As soon as I got the receipt printer setup, everything worked perfectly.

It’s a great cash drawer! No issues with the electronic system, mechanisms (except for one thing). When the drawer is set to electronically open, the switch at the bottom of the drawer that the electronic mechanism clicks is able to be clicked by the human hand, so theft might be easy. The separators for the different bills rattles a bit but it’s nothing huge and doesn’t affect anything. It’s sturdy and the size works good. The appearance also is decent.

I’m very happy with my purchase. I don’t typically leave a 5 star review unless a product truly exceeds my expectations. Full disclosure, I bought this cash drawer supposedly in used condition, but I’m almost certain it was new and never opened. I think I got lucky to receive an unopened return, but even so, the listing stated something like “very good” condition. It’s a very sleek exterior. No imperfections, just matte textured sturdy shell. It has a nice substantial weight to it. It’s heavy enough to not be pushed easily (also due to the rubber feet), but light enough to carry easily. The locking and sliding mechanisms move very smoothly, and the drawer doesn’t make a loud “crash” sound when it opens all the way. Six keys came in the package. The bills fit really well with some extra room in the compartments. The folding of the bills you see in my photo is just the bills themselves being curved like that from being in a wallet, but they could absolutely lay flat in the compartments. There’s lots of room for coins. I haven’t plugged in the cable yet because I don’t really need it yet, but I’ll gladly update this review once I have. I don’t doubt it’ll work. Overall, the product has fantastic value for the money. I would purchase this many times more if I needed to.
