My mother purchased this writing tablet for my 4 year old. It’s great! He loves it and asks to bring it whenever we leave the house. I love that it’s eco-friendly. It saves us from wasting so much paper for scribbles. The LCD screen allows him to draw a picture, show us, then erase it to draw another. The stylus has an anti loss attachment cord preventing the hours of search for the “pen”. The colorful screen allows him to be creative outside of using this as strictly a tool to support emerging writing skills. The battery life is up to 6months which is insanely good. The battery is easy to replace and can be purchased at any local big box store. I plan to get my 7 year old one too!

I like the size of this drawing board but It was not what I expected. The coloring on the one on the box shows that it draws in one color(white) but the one in the picture in the thumbnail shows that it draws in a spectrum, like a three color rainbow. In the center it is blue then green to yellow or white on the edges. I suppose it is for kids. The coloring really doesn’t make it worse it really makes it better. Gives it more style. It is light weight and has a leesh for the stylus. You could draw with your finger nail or a finer stylus because the default stylus is a decent size font.

I bought this two pack in August. Two months later with light use one has stopped being able to clear the screen. You can’t reset it or clear it. Waste of money.

My 2 year old grandson enjoys scribbling on this pad and then erasing everything with the push of a button. The only negative I've noticed is that it's rather flimsy.

I’ve got two girls to whom I’m deeply attached: one 4-year old and one 2-year old. The 4-year old is learning to spell while the 2-year old is learning the alphabet. Doing my best to help them in growing their intellectual skills. They both love to draw. Wanted to get them something that could support that development, as well as something they could share experiences with. To say nothing of just plain old fun. They use crayons, paper and the like of course…downside is the obvious coloring the table not the paper, resource competition—all the obvious. Screens without being passive. These tablets are a good solution to all of those issues. Got two of them, one for each girl, in different colors, so they can share experiences without arguing over ‘ownership’ issues. Girls Rule!
