So got it yesterday everything works but the rim. When attached to the base it blinks green when updating firmware but when finished it goes blank and says disconnected. Which is a major bummer ordered a replacement so have to wait a week for a new one to arrive to see if that one will work. If it does I'll update this review. Maybe I just got a messed up one. (Thinking I should of went with moza). Wanted to give this company aa try because the nm of force is a little bit higher than the r3 and than run into connection or driver or something going on. I know moza would of worked right out the box so kicking myself a little for that one. I'll see when new one arrives.

Very great product, has solid material used for the wheel base and the steering wheel. The stiching on the wheel is a bit rough but when you slide your figures across the threads. The pedals have solid material as well a feel good use. The Pedals do not make it feel like a chore to use. The Cables that come with the wheel base and steering wheel are very good quality. The Pedals could have more support for making adjustments in moving the left pedal to closer to the right pedal. Once I moved the left pedal to the right more the pedal base became unstable. It has an inbalance to it where when I use the brake pedal it makes the whole thing rock back and forth. I ended up moving the pedal back to the left where it was orginally. The Software is easy to use once installed. I had to do an firmware up date to the wheel base, and wheel when I first launched the software which was easy to do. The software has all kinds of different settings you can adjust to your comfort. It also has some presets that you can use for different games from the selection list. All in All very great purchess vs. the other high dollar wheel base and wheels.

It’s a great bundle for a beginner, my only issue is the table clamp is cheaply made and starts to strip itself out after a few months. PXN is a decent company and will send you a new one, you just have to wait for it to come from China.

This PXN VDR direct drive wheel is really good i really love it! The build quality is the best wheel setup i felt out of all the other ones i have and the base and the wheel and pedals has a really solid feeling to them. The wheel itself has a really nice feel to it with its microfiber leather grip and the wheel hub locking design clamps on the hub base very solid while also being simple to remove the wheel, And the base is very solid which is made out of metal and has a heavy weight to it but i also like that it is pretty small so it does not take much room on my desk as my other steering wheels does, And the desk clamp was simple to install and clamp down perfect on my thick desk with no movement at all. The pedals are really good and built nicely and it also is made entirely out of metal which has a heavy weight to it and i like that i can add a clutch pedal to it in the future with its modular design. And then i love the 4 paddle shifters it has which is also made out of metal and has a nice feel to them when shifting gears and i even used one of the bottom ones for a hand brake which worked out great! Using this wheel on all the racing games i play on pc like Forza Motorsport has been a blast for me for the 5 days that i had it, The direct drive force feedback is really strong that i had to turn it down some to where I want it and it's just very smooth and very quiet vs a normal force feedback wheel. This wheel also has a lot of programmable buttons which has 19 of them and i was able to bind each one to the functions i needed in the games and also customized all the other settings through the PXN sim racing APP which there is a lot of adjustments you can change to suit your play style how this wheel acts and feels. I have no issues at all with this wheel and its the best wheel setup i tried, Its built really good and has a lot of customizing you can do and the direct drive system is really smooth and the base of it is small, Which i like a lot, Another thing i like about PXN wheels is the USB type C ports which if you have any other older PXN wheels you can use their pedals and even the gear shifters with this wheel and it will detect them which worked with the gear shifter and 3 pedals i already had so that is pretty cool. I am very happy i gave this wheel a try and it gets a solid 5 stars from me and it will be my main wheel setup that i will be using for a long time👍
