These wicks look good and are reasonable priced. When I start using them, I realize that the tips start to curl. But they don't burn like they are supposed to. The wicks are just keep curving until the tips dip into the wax and put themselves out (see pictures). This is very frustrating! This is the first time I've seen wicks behave like that. Waste my wax and time. When I realize I can't fix these, I decide to return them and won't buy wicks from Amazon again.

These wicks have been great so far for my candle making. A decent thickness, sturdy base, and are long enough to be used in taller candle containers or trimmed to fit the container being used.

I needed wicks in a hurry and my usual supplier was out of LX12, so I decided to give these a try. I have my usual pictured next to what I received--the metal clip is very short and not safe for my needs, and the tab is considerably smaller. The wick itself is noticeably narrower than an LX12, these are more like 8 or 10. The takeaway: plan ahead with the real thing from a trusted supplier!

Purchased these wicks because I needed wicks right away and didn’t have enough time to order from my favorite candle supply company. First, these are not sized correctly. I purchased lx24 and there is no way these wicks are even close to that size. They’re smaller (diameter) than the lx20 wicks I have. Secondly, the metal base the wick is threaded through is super tiny and the wick isn’t threaded through properly. It sticks out the other end and it’s impossible to attach the wicks to my jars. I tried the cement I always use and it wouldn’t stick. I even tried wick stickers and not even that worked. Moving forward, I’ll be sure to allow ample time to order from my favorite reputable candle supply company and not waste my time or money on these.
