The robot handles my yard beautifully and keeps the grass looking freshly mowed all week long. Each zone gets mowed 3-4 times per week, and the result is a consistent, well-manicured lawn with very little effort on my part. It does everything they say it does, and keeps the lawn looking perfect. I can even start it while I'm at work! It makes perfect lines and keeps the lawn very short for the spring growing season, and it keeps it short enough the dandelions don't have a chance to sprout. I can tell you the most important part of getting these units to work is to follow directions as far as what distances you should be from walls, buildings and other obstacles in your yard. It is very important to make sure the charging pad is level and the distance of five feet of straight entry is allowed on both sides of the charger.

There is no setting I need to start this robot, pretty straightforward to start using this. I followed the robot at the first 10 minutes to monitor how this robot works. The cutting is precisely on what I need to clear the grass so I don’t have to worry about the progress after 10 minutes then I checked back after 30 minutes. The impressive part is the noise, it has less sound than my robot vacuum when it running, I was worry about messing my neighbors with unexpected noise but not the doubt has been cleared.

The media could not be loaded. El robot te alivia un problema porq la verdad es maravilloso , pero voy por los puntos negativos, la app no me funciona, me marca error todo el tiempo así q no la puedo usar , mandé mail a soporte y jamás me contestaron, además pide actualizar el firmware y no hay manera de hacerlo, no funciona de noche, de hecho, ni bien comienza a oscurecer ya el robot marca el error de q hay poca luz y no trabaja, tienen q tener la precaución de revisar las cuchillas, me paso q se salieron porq se aflojaron los tornillos y jamás las encontré, ah, otro punto negativo es q demora mínimo dos horas en cargar, otra cosa, hay q tener bien definidos los límites adonde no querés q el robot pase, yo puse un caño de PVC y lo paso por encima y quedó trabado sobre el , y nada, después de todo lo negativo , funciona bien, deja el pasto hermoso

+ Cuts the grass + Cheaper than others + Quiet - Can’t adjust time for orderly cut. Can’t finish my simple backyard (square shape, single tree, 2200sqf) can’t finish because random cut kicks in after 40 min. - Managed to drive off the lawn and couldn’t find its way back, got stuck few times as well. So you’ll have to keep an eye on this one.

Subject: Immediate Refund Request - Received Used/Incomplete Product I just returned from my trip and opened the package, only to be extremely disappointed. The box was covered in layers of messy tape, strongly suggesting it was a previously returned item. Upon opening, I found that several critical parts were missing, including the magnetic wire and various small components. Furthermore, despite the product being advertised as having GPS capabilities, there is no function to set a boundary map within the app. This feels like a clear case of false advertising. I am very displeased that a used or incomplete product was sent to me. I demand an immediate and full refund. Please provide instructions for the return process right away. ㅐ
