This clove bud oil is worth every dollar.. it works great on toothache pain. I used a cotton ball and a few drops of clove bud oil and placed it where the toothache pain was and it worked y’all… I most definitely will be purchasing a new bottle soon..

    • Works For Tooth Pain But Burns Like Hell

The pain relief provided is legendary. [Remember the movie "Marathon Man"?] It works way better than the other cheaper over the counter potions sold in grocery stores. Unlike those products, clove oil doesn't give you stomach ulcers though that is surprising given the way it burns if it lands on anything in your mouth other than a tooth. The burning goes away but literally leaves a bad taste. To avoid that, I found the best way to apply it was with a dropper (which would be a big improvement on the current packaging). I used one that some facial serum stuff came in. Before figuring that out, I removed the plastic cap under screw top lid of the clove oil bottle, soaked a Q-tip in the oil and then let it drip off the Qtip onto the offending tooth. ... show more

I was so excited to make some homeade toothpaste. I read reviews saying people used this for teeth pain - but when you open the booklet that comes with the product it says keep away from mouth? On the back of the bottle it says "if using for mouthwash, dilute and do not swallow. " so... can I use it in my toothpaste or not!? Lol confusing verbage. ... show more
