Edit: I contacted the seller of the issue through Amazon seller versus trying through Amazon product customer service. The seller came through and replaced this for me! I changed my rating to 5 stars because for artists who want a fully adjustable projector stand from floor to tabletop this one does work (now that I have a properly working ball joint). I can only attest to a mini projector weight. I can pject on large walls all the way down to a mini picture off of phone view. This stand allows for true 360 level or facing up and down and anywhere in between. The base is heavy and has two options for post. The post is adjustable in height which allows for my tabletop use, or for taller floor use. Tripods can limit true downward projection which limits pics but also need for projection picture adjustment which I never could get to perfection. This stand allows for true inline projection. I bought this in April. Thought this was perfect for my MINI projector for art. The ball joint was loose but the screw held the weight of my MINI projector at first. Now, all it does is spin. I tried calling the listed customer support multiple times and the number won't even go through. I emailed via customer service form and no response yet. So much for any warranty on their product. If the ball joint doesn't hold a MINI projector, it isn't going to hold anything else. It is now worthless....which is infuriating because it otherwise is perfect in every other way so I can view my projections in multiple positions.

I’m very happy with this projector stand. The build quality is excellent and feels sturdy and well-made, not cheap at all. Installation was straightforward and the instructions were clear, so I was able to set it up without any issues. Once installed, the stand is very stable and holds the projector securely with no wobbling. The adjustment options are smooth and easy to use, allowing me to fine-tune the height and angle until the image was perfectly aligned. It works great for different setups and viewing distances. Overall, this stand exceeded my expectations for the price. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and feels reliable for long-term use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, well-designed projector stand.

The stand is sturdy and I like the adjustments at the attachment point. You can really dial in the angle you want. What was not clear from the description was that the adjustability of the height is fixed at two different points. So yes, it's adjustable but not in a range. You can either use one pole or two poles for two different heights.

The stand is very stable—even when adjusting the projector to various angles—and it looks beautiful; the gold accents add a stunning touch.
