This product is just objectively a terribly produced piece of garbage. the holes are too big for the threads so nothing works, and the threaded screw that connects the projector to the adjustable mount came out of the mount instead of out of the projector when I tried to take them apart to readjust. They are lucky I am a lazy and will just throw this away instead of shipping it back for my money. Literal waste of money.

This stand really exceeded my expectations. When I order metal components online, I'm often surprised when they arrive by how light and fragile they are. This stand was just the opposite. My first clue was how heavy the box was for its size. The weight came from a heavy base plate with three segments that can be screwed together to form the stem. One, two or all three of the stem segments can be used to build the stand—with one telescoping even further—resulting in full range of height options for the completed stand. A half dozen attachments for the top of the stand allow numerous configuration choices, including tilting. All the components are beautifully finished as well as heavy duty, resulting in a handsome, study stand, regardless of how it is configured. The instructions label it as a monitor arm but I immediately imagined myself standing on the stage of a large performance hall with a splendid mic on the end of the stand. With this stand, if you can dream it, you can do it.

Relatively easy to set up, though the directions fork in ways that at first made it confusing because you can set it up a few different ways (short, tall, with extension bar or without). The base is a heavy solid plate and the whole thing holds my lightweight projector easily. Ball head on top allows for easy re-aiming of the projector as needed. The price is reasonable for what you get. I'm happy to have an effective solution for being able to set up my projector and watch movies.

I love that this has so many options when being used. You decide how many base extensions, how much to extend, mount on the center of base plate or set back. This will definitely be used not just for my projector but also for my laser level as seen in the pic. The base plate does have a little padding so that is also a plus. Would definitely recommend!
