Didn't notice before now but it's not the unit I ordered or pictured. I found out now because it failed and is leaking. Ordered another JR and hopefully will get the JR product this time.

It stopped my leak. it took me like 3-5 minutes to install. the only bad part is that the lid to close it doesn't easily screw in to close the bib. So you have to take your time to close it or the water supply will be exposed. arrrrrr.

This fit our coachmen Catalina camper perfect. The original city water hookup dry rotted and the Hose pipe kept popping out. This new unit has the metal threads inside the fitting so the dry rot thing should never happen again. Thanks

    • Solved our water pressure problem
Color: Polar White
The water pressure was getting very low in our RV and I never would have thought it was our city water inlet. The check valve had become dismantled somehow allowing it to become cockeyed and impede water flow. This would cause the water to go down to a trickle. After replacing our old inlet with this product the pressure is better than ever. This has three holes for mounting, one more than my original had. The plastic part appears to be made well. As you can see by the picture the threads are male. Keep in mind that you also may need to buy a extension piece if your wall is too thick and your present city inlet is female threaded, like ours was. Being that our old inlet was female threaded I had to run to the hardware store and grab a 1/2' female to male coupler piece. If it hadn't been for that the job would have taken 10 minutes.
