The Bad: I ordered two of these, but one was returned to the seller for an unknown reason after not making it to my residence. I then was refunded money and had to reorder (I needed two fixtures for one large room.) When I opened the second box, it did not match the first! It was painted brown, but it hadn't been distressed. Unfortunately, we were at the point of installation and I didn't have time to order a 4th fixture, so I quickly distressed/painted it myself and we installed it because I knew having two fixtures that didn't match would drive me crazy. It's not perfect but it works. The Good: The light quality is amazing. My old fixtures were terrible and dim and installing these in my kitchen/dining area makes it seem like my space has grown by 10 feet! I'm using vintage LED bulbs and I cannot get over the improvements. More than once I've walked in the room and switched on the lights just to marvel at how incredible the outcome is. Installation was fairly easy - definitely a two person job - one to hold and one to install, but it didn't take much time. I like that the arms are adjustable. Design is very stylish. Price is great (A similar style at a big home improvement store was twice the price.) My advise - if you order more than one, check that they match right away. Love the mixed metal colors. Great for dining area, making it a distinct style- a bit nicer than other rooms. Warm light with 40 watt Edison bulbs which is different but interesting. Affordable for what we were looking for. Side note: with first order we had the base/neck of the fixture was defective. There is threading needed on each end of this brass part. It shouldn't have take me nearly 4 hours to put up. The directions are horribly written and described. Assembling the ground wiring was the tricky part. There was not enough grove to reassemble the ground wire with the parts (washer and nut). It was my critical thinking skills that kicked in to adjust the screw inside the stem for more grove to catch the pieces. When that was successful, I was relieved. I like the unique look of the light and the mixed metals. I have it in my bathroom. It brings the brushed nickel and brushed gold's together. This light fixture provides good lighting, not dim like some lights. This light fixture did arrive with one of the light arms very crooked, facing straight up.
