I am very happy with this sprayer and my whole family loves it. I have four kids and they always use a ton of toilet paper and sometimes clog the toilet. This sprayer has already paid for itself since I rarely buy TP now. We always turn the valve off after using it and so far not a single leak. I haven’t had to use customer service but I’ve heard good things about them. My husband installed it when I was gone so I can’t say how hard or easy it is. He told me it was easy and had it done in 15 minutes. I just had surgery two days ago and this sprayer has been a Godsend. It’s really hard for me to move around, especially my arms and chest muscles, so I’ve been able to clean my nether regions fairly easy. Another good thing about this product is how convenient it is to have a quick clean up when I have my period. We recently spent a week at the beach and my daughter and I kept saying how gross it feels to use toilet paper and we couldn’t wait to get home to our sprayer! This is my second purchase. First one is still going strong (bought June 2022), decided to install one on the downstairs restroom because how convenient this is. No issue whatsoever. Installation is easy, but i do recommend using a good plumbers tape around the joints to make sure you have proper seal. Also make sure the gaskets do not fall out during installation, this might cause leakage. Other than that, this is an amazing product. Might pick up another one in the future for the other bathroom upstairs (don't use it that often). Amazing product - 10/10. ... show more

The only reason I went with a 4 instead of a 5 is because one of the valves will leak if you don't pull it back a little into the closed position. Got to clean out my daughter's cloth diapers and it has a really nice strong spray. We really hadn't intended to use it as bidet but just to clean cloth diapers out but we tried it out and it was nice you get used to the cold water and now we're saving money on diapers and toilet paper! You also can't beat the price. This was very easy to install, mainly due to the plastic part in the T-connector, which connects to toilet tank. I tried other bidet sprays and that had metal part, which was very difficult in my case to fit. However the plastic part here fitted perfectly and easily. I was nervous about installing this bidet spray kit because of water leaks and damage if product is faulty or if installed incorrectly. I was able to install two of them and had little to no issues doing so. Used a bucket and some towels for any water that might leak during the installation. The instructions could be more detailed but there are plenty of YouTube videos that show you how to install a spray kit correctly. Remember to check the washers and use the plumbers tape on all threadings for a secure, tight fit. Turn off the t-valve after each use. Overall great product! Glad I made the switch from expensive and unsanitary toilet paper that clogs drains. ... show more
