The loungers arrived as expected and while not necessarily easy to put together they weren't bad. You just need to remember that you have to wait until all is assembled before you tighten all the screws. A few sections would be easier to assemble with two people but if your pretty handy you can do it. These chairs work perfectly for us. We use them on the sundeck inside the pool. They are VERY low to the ground with no arm rests so getting in and out of the chairs could be a challenge for those with mobility issues (or on their second margarita!). We love them for keeping cool while getting sun and enjoying a drink. They are very lightweight which makes them easy to move in and out of the pool. I can stand on the pool deck and lift it out of the water with no problem. So far I have seen no rust issues but the table will float away if it doesn't have something on it so just keep your margarita glass full! ... show more

The 'standard' and 'oversize' chairs are the same lengths - both made for people with shorter upper legs. The 'oversize' is wider and 2" further off the ground - easier for getting in and out and, when shoes are off, my feet aren't hitting the ground. For a tall-person workaround on either size, put the pillow under my knees. standard: 32" back height, 14.5" upper leg length, 22" lower leg length to edge & 26" to ground oversize: 32" back height, 14.5" upper leg length, 22" lower leg length to edge & 28" to ground standard: 19.5" seat width, 6.5" height of lowest part of seat off the ground oversize: 22.0" seat width, 8.5" height of lowest part of seat off the ground The 'standard' and 'oversize' tables are the same size, but a different top design: the 'standard' is slatted and dries faster and the 'oversize' is solid with a stamped design. The 'standard' and 'oversize' pillows are the same width; the 'oversize' one has a longer strap. Love the overall design, how the arm-rests don't stick out and how they hold up well outside over time. We've had the 'standard' size for about 4 years. They still look great, maybe slight fading. On the underside, there is a little bit of rust on the hardware. This year, we purchased the 'oversize' chairs. The most recent purchase had darker stitching which looks much nicer. There was a manufacturing issue on the most recent chairs. Internal parts got in the way of a screw-hole on the right side of each chair back. A workaround was to open up the hole with the hex key provided for assembling the table, screwing and then unscrewing the screw through just that part, and then assembling per directions. Directions diagrams have issues - labeling an extra nut and not clearly showing where part J, a little plastic ring, goes - probably between the arm and back frames. Our poolside furniture saw its last days over the winter so we chose to purchase some inexpensive pieces to get us through a few more summers, until we decide what we really want. We settled on these. Although we would have preferred a taupe/beige frame, we really liked the white mesh sling. We have had pool furniture with dark frames before and they got very hot but these do not. We were worried the white would be either a cool white or would be a cream color, but thankfully they are a neutral white. When the sun shines on them, they are warm white and a cooler white in the shade…perfect. We have had them for about a month now and the white has not darkened or changed…so far, so good. While a little hard to get out of, they are super comfortable. They are lightweight so we are a little concerned they might blow away in a storm. Storms did pass through recently and they didn’t budge though. We will most likely store them in the garage for the winter. They arrived on time, were packaged well, no missing parts, and easy to put together. We are pleased with this purchase. We will update this review if anything changes. ... show more

The assembly was easy, despite some of the other comments, you're basically assembling it upside down but what you need to do is barely put on the screws. Leave them very loose. Then you flip it over on it's correct positioning and make sure it's leveled with the floor while screws are still loose (give it a shake and press down and make sure all 4 legs are touching the floor). Then you tighten the 3 support brackets first (one side at time). After that, you tighten the piece connected to the fabric, I tightened that slowly since you're stretching the fabric for the first time. I bought 4 chairs and 2 end tables (see photo). It took a while due to the tedious hand tightening of each screw with the provided wrench. But all 4 fit perfectly into each hole and was leveled after assembly. If people are commenting saying the screws don't fit into the prefabricated holes, then it's human install error (don't tighten them right away!). I previously had 2 year old metal chaise lounge and they rusted at the legs really bad and left rust stains on my deck. So glad I got these aluminum frame and sleek/modern design and won't have to worry about rust and cleaning rust stains on the deck. I initially saw these at a resort we were staying at and saw the tag at the back, so I researched on Amazon and found them. I like how your legs are down too, and not straight flat like some other chaise lounge chairs. These are really comfy to relax on. Hope these helps! ... show more

I want to love these chairs but I can’t. From the difficulty of putting them together to the wrinkled fabric after the first use I just can’t. Very disappointed. Can not return as I did not put them together right away due to a surgery and medical condition.
