We purchased 4 of these chairs via Amazon. Delivery was quick (ordered on a Friday 7/14/23 and delivery was on Wednesday 7/19/23). We were very happy with the quality and appearance of the chairs. However, the Rattan on one of the chairs was not done well. We contacted Purple Leaf directly and their Customer Service responded the next day. As requested, we send them pictures of the problem so that they could review and determine what action was to be taken. They again responded the next day and asked us if they could send a replacement part to correct the problem. We agreed. Again, the next day Purple Leaf responded that the shipment would be made and provided us with a tracking number. Purple Leaf actually tracked the package themselves and gave us updates on the delivery. The initial correspondence was started on 7/20/23 and the replacement part was delivered Friday 7/28/23 and now we have 4 really nice counter top chairs for our enjoyment. We must give Purple a "Well Done" and a thank you for their help and cooperation, as well as their attractive product. ... show more

We bought four barstools, along with a new set of chairs and a square table for our pool deck. The barstools went together, very easily, just 4 screws to attach the legs to the seat. They are comfortable, and so far they seem pretty sturdy. I would recommend you add your own lock washers as I did, otherwise, thereโ€™s a chance that the screws will loosen naturally in time from people sitting on them, and wiggling around, that happens with much of our outdoor furniture.
