1 out of 4 chairs went together as directed. 3 chairs followed exact steps do not line up and are not usable. Please ignore the ease comments. These are very very cheap. You can do much better. Now we have to repack these giant boxes carry them out in our car..not going to fit and ship them back and wait for our return to refund. It’s a scam, I’m trying to be helpful if you are a budget conscious buyer skip this brand.

Chairs are great. We had 1 of the chairs that was messed up. Purple Leaf is being extremely difficult in fixing the solution. They were going to send a replacement set that was supposed to come, but it appears the sent a false FedEx tracking number and it never made it to Louisiana before shipping company sent it back. Then they wanted to refund just 1 chair, which means we would have to order another set (only sold in pairs). They they tell me they are on back order until October. Just one lie after another. Will never order anything Purple Leaf again. This is not a hard problem to solve but apparently they don’t have anyone smart enough to fix it or the integrity to make it right! Buyer Beware! UPDATE: The Company ended up sending another set to replace the ones that didn’t work. They even gave us a full refund for the pair because of all the issues we were having. All-in-all, we are satisfied with the product and with how the company resolved the issue.
