So far the item is great, easy to put together and seems to be built well. We started putting it together last year while building our deck but never actually finished. This year we finished the deck with the railing, attaching the railing to the pergola. One I got to putting the slats on top I realized I had misplaced one of the crank parts for opening the slats. Searched everywhere. I emailed purple leaf and they were very responsive. I sent them pictures of what I was missing and they sent me the parts. A great product sold by a great company! I was able to install this pergola by myself (13‘x15‘), although it took me a bit longer. One of the louvers came very damaged, but the company immediately sent me a new louver! Very happy about that! This pergola is a fantastic addition to my back yard remodel! I got quotes from companies that install these louvered pergolas and for a pergola around this size was around $12,000.00!! So, if you’re looking for a pergola, this product is really nice, and the company stands behind their product. You just can’t go wrong here.

Almost perfect! Would give it five stars if it weren’t for two little whoopsies. One of the exterior beams came with a dent, not bad enough to send back but noticeable. There are also stickers that go between the beams where trims hide the connection.. one of those was missing and we have a small leak only in that spot. Otherwise, we really really really love it. Took three of us about three and half hours to assemble and clean up.

This pergola is everything it was described. Everything arrived in great condition. The set up and installation went well. The mechanical louvers are easy to move. It is a great value for the money and is very stable and sturdy. I have been enjoying the space as an outdoor extension of my house.
