This really is the perfect solution to a covered patio that was within our budget. This shipped within a week and parts came in 7 boxes. Due to work schedules it took a total of 3 days to complete it. The instructions were fairly easy to understand and everything was labeled making it easy to identify parts. The 2 heaviest boxes did arrive with some damage and there were some dents in a couple of the pieces but the aluminum was able to be bent into place. The company kept in touch with me to ensure everything went up as planned too. I looked at other brands which cost a little less but the Purple Leaf brand had the best reviews. To make a big purchase like that and not know for sure what you’re getting I recommend spending the extra few dollars and going with Purple Leaf. Didn’t even last a year and got tore down with wind. It was a mechanical failure because the screws and base pieces were still in the cement and the gazebo lifted and twisted with the wind. A total loss and I still need a new Gazebo but already spent almost 3700 dollars on this and it’s a total loss. Was told by purple leaf it’s a mural cause so warranty isn’t valid. ... show more

We ordered the 14x24 gazebo. Customer service was quick to replace one element damaged in shipping. The boxes, 7 in all, included an itemized photo list of the box contained. This gazebo was pretty easy to put up. You will need a good concrete drill bit for the anchors. Takes at the minimum of three people to assemble. Going to need at least one 8' latter. Read and follow the directions carefully. It's not easy to go back and fix something if you miss it. Other than that. This gazebo came out awesome. We love it. It made our back yard so much more comfortable and it looks great. Give yourself a good 10-11 hours to assemble. ... show more
