I got the 10x12. It took me about 36 hours of assembly time. I’m 70 years young and did about 99.9% of the assembly by myself. My wife helped me with a few of the screws and nuts that my arms weren’t long enough to reach on my own. I took my time and followed the directions in the manual. Everything went pretty smoothly with just minimal snags along the way. In the end, we have a very strong, quality product that should last many years to come. The seller reached out from the beginning, and several times along the way, to see if I had any issues and to offer help in any way they could. I did have some screws and nuts that didn’t want to thread together properly and they very quickly sent me a new bag of those particular parts that corrected the issue. Overall a very quality product and outstanding customer service!

Very nice gazebo. Reported an initial problem with FedEx and got a reply from the company right away. I had a contractor put it together, took him and a helper 2 days. The contractor was very impressed with how the boxes were packaged and labeled. Also, the instructions in each box were in plastic, so being out in the rain didn’t damage them. Something that shows the design is well thought out, they provide screens for around the top, so it’s an additional bug deterrent. There are hooks at the top for a fan or lights. Also, there are 2 tracks, so you can hang the solid and the screen curtains at the same time. Can’t wait for summer, this will be a great way to be out of the heat while enjoying the pool.

Love ours and getting ready to buy a second one!!!! Ours is the 10' x 13' model. I am a 59 year old woman and was able to install mine with the help of another 55+ year old woman in two days, both of us vertically challenged and fighting 40+ mph winds on day two. The gazebo is great and two weeks later withstood 18" wet heavy snow storm in Colorado. The install was easy and all parts came without damage and holes lined up perfectly. I am extremely impressed with PurpleLeaf customer service who contacted us before/after delivery to ensure everything came without damage and they continued to followup on the progress including sending an install video before we started...all proactively! The packaging was quite impressive all the way down to a handy parts toolbox container holding all the nuts/bolts instead of fighting with the cheap vacuum packed cardboard most companies use.

Purchased 12' x 24' which arrived promptly in 7 boxes. Purple Leaf reached out to me to confirm everything was undamaged and in order, which was nice. The assembly took 2 days and instructions were easy to follow. I did this assembly mainly by myself but needed my husband to hold up about 20 lbs of the top frame for 10 minutes in order to get it square and level while I screwed in and tightened the sides. A cordless screwdriver with hex/Allen bit makes everything go a lot faster, but the pieces are designed to shore up and strengthen each other, and they only fit the correct way, so I wasn't having to take pieces apart because I had them backwards, as I've had to do many times with other, some-assembly-required furniture manufacturers who will remain nameless. The finished product is extremely sturdy and lovely. It's tall enough to fit my 6'7" husband without bumping his head, and we had 15 people under it this weekend for dinner with plenty of seating room. Advice for assemblers would be to assemble with plenty of natural light, as it's difficult to align panel holes in the dark, have several comfortable step stools and ladders handy, as I'm 5'3", and it was tiring to get on and off of them to move and adjust them all the time, especially near the end when you're already tired and putting on roof panels, and be gentle with those roof panels, as they bend easily until they're fully bolted in place and won't align to one another if they're warped, albeit it's easy to bend them back with some pliers and/or a rubber mallet. Lastly, it feels super flimsy until you have everything assembled and fastened, but I believe this is purposeful, as each panel/piece is light enough for one woman of average strength and assembly savvy to assemble 99% of it, so, there you go. Great product, and would buy again. Note, we do not live where snow and/or tornadoes/hurricanes factored into our decision to purchase, and we were not paid for this review; it was not incentivized, so I just hope it's helpful for shoppers.

I got it. Let’s try it and rate it 1 - 10. Let me start by saying I looked at this gazebo for several months before buying. Once ordered, I got a message confirming that it would be shipped in 5 boxes and may come in multiple deliveries. Once it came, another message from customer service asked if there was any damage to the boxes. This was a nice touch and I feel sure if any damage was found the company would have helped make it right. Putting the gazebo together is very doable. If you can lift 50 pounds and have a ladder - you can do this project. I did 98% of the assembly myself. The upper roof apparatus does require an extra hand. Other than that it can be done by one person. My best tip to assembly is to be mindful of your reach to certain parts of the roof. Once you start putting the roof panels on it becomes a stretch to reach certain bolts. My rating using the gazebo is a solid 9. It is a very nice option versus building a wood pavilion. My rating on assembly is a 10. The instructions are solid and there was no defects in screw holes or bolts. Overall it was a great buy. Hope this helps if you’re looking for some extra shade.

Took the wife and I approximately 17 hours total to complete assembly. Instructions can be tricky since most are only pictures. Could use more details. Recommend patience, 2 ladders, screw gun (although most you want to hand tight to not over strip) and some black silicon caulk to seal some seams. This seems like a really good quality product. Even the curtains and screens are heavy duty with heavy zippers.
