We received the 12x20 ft sodium gazebo in perfect condition. We only had one missing part, but after contacting customer service, we received the part in just a few days. There are a lot of parts. The manual had clear pictured diagrams with each part labeled. It will take three people to put this together in three days. We used a 4 inch concrete pad for support. The windows attach very easily. The doors have very strong magnetic closure. You will need to close the door lightly or you will lock the door with the strong magnets. No worries, it will open again Ising both hands. I am very pleased with this gazebo. Honestly, I don't get much work done, since I spend hours sitting or taking a nap on my couch in the gazebo! This is a great investment! I also have the milky white plug in lights all around the gazebo which is very nice. The customer service is top notch! If I have a question, they repond within 24 hours!I am looking into many years of enjoyment with this gazebo. The size is perfect for 4 swivel rockers and one 3 seater couch with plenty of walking space. Top quality , the screens are very tight which is good. ... show more

Honestly took me and my brother three days to build. Plans were kind hard to follow at some point. But we both in construction and figured it out. Need a ranch, drill, screw driver

The media could not be loaded. Gave this sunroom five stars because it’s a very well built sunroom .Took two days to set up .You won’t regret your purchase .Very nice and spacious.No leaks after the first Ohio winter ,very sturdy.Customer service was excellent .
