First time I've ever had one, worked great, light was bright, controls intuitive. It is disorienting enough that I am really glad I bought the one with a monitor and didn't try to use my phone. It's hard enough to understand what you are looking at on a long run.

The camera head looks quite large at first glance, but once I inserted it into a pipe, it turned out to be the perfect size. It fits into the pipeline smoothly, and the image quality is very clear. Great little tool. Great value and well worth the price. I highly recomend spending the extra few dollars for the duel lens option. I used this to locate mold in my HVAC duct work and having the side view was much more usefull than the straight on view.
