The seller was also very communicative and checked in to see if we received all the boxes and if they seemed damaged which they were not. This pergola was easy to put together and my husband was able to do it all himself with about 2 minutes of my help. It is very sturdy and well made. The dimensions are perfect. So far the item is great, easy to put together and seems to be built well. We started putting it together last year while building our deck but never actually finished. This year we finished the deck with the railing, attaching the railing to the pergola. One I got to putting the slats on top I realized I had misplaced one of the crank parts for opening the slats. Searched everywhere. I emailed purple leaf and they were very responsive. I sent them pictures of what I was missing and they sent me the parts. About a day after they arrived purple leaf actually emailed me again just checking to make sure I received the parts. Very good customer service. Functionality:

Well packed. Directions are easy to follow. I suggest setting the brake on your screw gun or the heads will strip. I assembled it by myself. 12x 10.

A great product sold by a great company! I was able to install this pergola by myself (13‘x15‘), although it took me a bit longer. One of the louvers came very damaged, but the company immediately sent me a new louver! Very happy about that! This pergola is a fantastic addition to my back yard remodel! I got quotes from companies that install these louvered pergolas and for a pergola around this size was around $12,000.00!! So, if you’re looking for a pergola, this product is really nice, and the company stands behind their product. You just can’t go wrong here.
