Sturdy and beautiful. I can sit outside in some heavy winds without one shift in the gazebo. Two friends put it up in about 6 hours. They said the directions were a bit confusing, but they weren't angry. It's beautiful and I should have bought it years ago before I purchased cheaper ones. Definitely worth the purchase. Beautiful product. The value for the money is evident from the moment it is complete. It looks sharp. The pieces are rather lightweight, but that doesn't mean that it's easy to set up... you will need 2 people at least - 3 people will be better. There are so many pieces! Plan the whole weekend for this project, but you will love the amount of shade and the great look. We purchased the 12' x 20' and there is so much room. It feels roomy inside and the roof is not too low like some models I've been in.

I absolutely love this Gazebo! It is well made and looks great on our deck. It came in 6 packages, well packed and labeled. We found the instructions easy to follow, just took it step by step. We opened all boxes, inspected and kept the items in their boxes as there was a packing slip in every box, so based on the directions all pieces were easy to locate. My husband and I put this together ourselves. Putting the center roof part on (parts K and K1) were a little challenging for the two us and we decided we may need some extra help, however my husband being the genius that he is made a contraption using two ladders, a barrel and a section of plywood and was able to set that piece on top of that to balance, since it was way too heavy for me to hold while he attached the frame parts. Worked like a charm! There are a lot of pieces, but they were all labeled and like I said the directions were easy to follow. I was hesitant to order something so expensive from Amazon as fear I wouldn't have any support from seller if needed. That couldn't be further from the truth! Seller was very responsive! At first we only received 5 of the six boxes so I reached out and they quickly responded and then checked in from time to time until we got this put up (we waited a couple weeks before we actually started on it). Once we began it took two days to get it fully assembled. Not bad considering my husband did most all the work on his own as I was just an unskilled helper! I would definitely purchase again from this seller. I am extremely happy with this and it as quickly become my new favorite place!

Ok my qualifications are husband for close to 35 years, dad over 30 yrs, gramps for over 6 yrs….i have worked construction, roofing, mechanic, currently in the communications industry for 30 years. Reason I am saying all this is I have put together and built multiple structures, equipment racks, toys and other home projects. This was my first gazebo. The instructions for this gazebo are pretty straightforward, if you can look at a picture and follow what/how its parts go together then you should be all set. If you are like me and would rather do these things on your own then I should warn you to swallow your pride because there are a couple steps where you are going to need a second person. If I would have had 1 complete day to work on this with the limited help I needed then it would have taken me about 10 hours from beginning until end. This gazebo was bought to go over our new hot tub so I built to the side of the tub and used furniture movers to wheel in place and then bolted to the concrete. The end result is an outstanding quality product and my wife loves it As of the writing of this review we have had several heavy rain storms and 40-50 mph winds it held up to the winds and no leaks. We had 1 minor issue with one zipper and one curtain. The bottom stop on the zipper is basically no existent and the zipper slide came off during a wind storm. I contacted the company at 8pm and had a response from them at 8:20ish pm. After sending them pictures they are standing by their product and are going to help me out. When looking at these pay attention to the size as is shows in their pictures. I ordered a 10x10 at that is the area that the roof covers but the legs set in. Which I saw that and it was perfect for my setup. This gazebo’s size is perfect, stability is great to hold up to our weather and has protected us from the wind and rain while we enjoy our hot tub.

With 2 kids and 2 people with very little time on their hands, it's too several weeks to put together. The directions are a little silly, you have to kind of think ahead for the roof because you can put the tiles in without at least putting a few screws in to hold them in place. There were pieces that was dented and bent but they still worked and went together without issues. The seller contacted immediately after purchase to let me know to contact them if there were any issues throughout the process which was nice. It does come in 3 separate boxes and for whatever reason they didn't come on the same day. But it's already rained and we only had to deal 1 area so far but plan on sealing with a store bought sealer not what it came with due to the tube not being as easy as a caulking gun would be. Little trial and error with some things but honestly not bad and we're still married lol

Not easy to put together. It definitely takes several people and I would plan on it taking a few days to do. The instructions could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it looks great and seems to hold up well in the weather with no leaks. It's a nice addition to my patio.

This gazebo was a perfect match for my new stone patio. It took me tro days by myself to assemble it but everything went together perfectly. We like sitting out there on cool evenings with the gas heater going. The mosquito nets will be handy when summer comes back. I've light package also fit perfect and is on a timer and dimmer.
