Doctors are telling me I will need a knee replacement. I've been so immobile because of my knee pain that I was barely getting to 5000 steps a day when I used to regularly break over 15k/day. Flexuron for a couple of weeks and now I'm making 10k steps a day some days (others around 7k) so my daily average has gone up. I'm more eager to walk now than I have been for years. It is terrible how debilitating knee pain is and to have something that actually works is incredible.

I have received the one main ingredient in this product through injections in the past. I decided to try in supplement form and it does help quite a bit. I try to take one every day without fail and if I forget my knee reminds me. So I take one a day. The ingredient I received was hyal uronic acid , I am trying to avoid knee replacement.

I have arthritis in my knees and bone spurs. Thus far I am noticing an improvement. I also suffer from hyper mobility so I have to be careful I don’t over extend my knees. I use a walker to get around.
